Ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողները ամեն օր ոտնահարում են ՀՀ սահմանային բնակիչների իրավունքները. ՄԻՊ
BLOGՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել Հայաստանում ՄԱԿ-ի մշտական համակարգողի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Լիլա Փիթրս Յահյայի հետ: NEWS.am-ին այս մասին հայտնեցին Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմից:
Արման Թաթոյանը բարձր է գնահատել ՄԱԿ-ի մշտական համակարգողի ու նրա գրասենյակի, ՄԱԿ-ի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի գործակալությունների հետ համագործակցության մակարդակը, մասնավորապես՝ UNDP-ի, UNICEF-ի, UNFPA-ի, UNHCR-ի և մյուս կառույցների հետ, ինչպես նաև համատեղ ծրագրերի արդյունավետությունը: Մասնավորապես, նա ներկայացրել է, որ 6 տարիների ընթացքում իրականացվել են ծրագրեր, որոնք կապված են եղել խոսքի ազատության ու լրագրողների մասնագիտական աշխատանքի, երեխաների, կանանց ու հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց իրավունքների, կարծրատիպերի դեմ պայքարի, փախստականների ու ապաստան հայցողների իրավունքների հետ և այլն։ Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությանն առնչվող հարցեր: Արման Թաթոյանը ներկայացրել է ազատությունից զրկման վայրերում (ՔԿՀ-ներ, հոգեբուժարաններ և այլն), դատական համակարգում արձանագրված խնդիրները՝ կապված դատական նիստերի անհիմն ձգձգումների, ողջամիտ ժամկետների խախտումների հետ և այլն: Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը հանդիպման ընթացքում նշել է, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողները ամեն օր ոտնահարում են ՀՀ սահմանային բնակիչների իրավունքները (կյանքի իրավունք, ջրի ու սեփականության իրավունքներ և այլն)՝ կոպտորեն խախտելով հենց ՄԱԿ-ի պահանջները, ուստի նրանք պետք է հեռանան, որ մարդկանց բնականոն կյանքը երաշխավորվի: Ընդ որում, հենց ՄԱԿ-ի պահանջներն են, որ առաջնային են երաշխավորում մարդու իրավունքները սահմանային խնդիրների ժամանակ: Փիթրս Յահյային շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Արման Թաթոյանին պաշտոնավորման ողջ ընթացքում կատարած աշխատանքի և մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությանն ուղղված կարևոր առաքելության համար:
