Բզկտված ԱՐՑԱԽ. վերադառնալու´ ենք:
 
ԱԿՆԱՂԲՅՈՒՐ, գյուղ Արցախի Հանրապետության Հադրութի շրջանում, որը Նիկոլի և նրան կցված խունտայի շնորհիվ, ներկայումս ժամանակավորապես գտնվում է Ադրբեջանի «զինված ուժերի» վերահսկողության ներքո։
Համայնքը տեղկայված է հանրապետության հարավ-արևելյան հատվածում, Հադրութ շրջկենտրոնից` 29 կմ հեռավորության վրա, իսկ Ստեփանակերտից` 70 կմ հեռավորության վրա։ Գյուղը գտնվում է Արևասար լեռան ստորոտին՝ 850 մ բարձրության վրա։
 
Լեռնային գյուղ է, ունի 1526,4 հա տարածք, որից 1306,13 հա գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության, 153,27 հա անտառային հողեր։
 
Ակնաղբյուր համայնքի սահմանային գոտով հոսում է Վարանդա գետի վտակը։ Համայնքի տարածքում առկա են «Սար բուլաղ» և «Արտեզյան ջրհոր» աղբյուրները։ Գյուղի պատմամշակութային հուշարձաններն են` Սբ. Աստվածածնի եկեղեցին (19-րդ դար) և 18-19-րդ դարերի գերեզմանոցը։
 
Մինչև ադրբեջանական օկուպանտների վերահսկողության տակ անցնելը գյուղի բնակչությունը կազմում էր 320-330 մարդ, գյուղում կար 79 տնտեսություն։
 
Բնակչությունը հիմնականում զբաղվում էր գյուղատնտեսությամբ` անասնապահությամբ և հողագործությամբ։ Գործում էր նաև միջնակարգ դպրոց՝ զոհված ազատամարտիկ Վ. Ամխջանյանի անվան (վերականգնվել է Միջազգային կարմիր խաչի աջակցությամբ), որտեղ սովորում էին 50-ից ավել աշակերտներ․ գործում էր նաև բուժկետն ու գյուղապետարանը։
