Կարեն Ավագյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է՝
Քննիչ հանձնաժողովը Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությամբ փոքրամասնության գործիք է ընկալվել: Շատ տրամաբանական հիմնավորումներով: Խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությունն իր տրամադրության տակ չունի քննչական, անվտանգային պաշտպանական և օրինականության նկատմամբ վերահսկողություն իրականացնող մարմիններ: Ընդդիմադիրները չունեն և չեն կարող ունենալ պետության անունից գործադիր լիազորություններ իրականացնելու հնարավորություն:
2022թ.: 44 օրյայից անցել է տարուց ավել: Այդ ընթացքում այս իշխանությունը ինչ ասես անելու ժամանակ գտավ: Փոխվեցին մի քանի Պն, ԳՇ պետեր ու տեղակալներ, տարատեսակ ոլորտների նախարարներ ու արտաքինից բոլոր կարևոր պրոցեսները ստվերող շատուշատ անկարևոր միջոցառումներ:
Բայց այդ դավադիրները ժամանակ չէին գտնում 44-օրյայից քննություն իրականացնել:
Ժամանակ չէին գտնում, թե ուղղակի ժամանակ էր պետք: Ժամանակ էր պետք ամեն ինչ դասավորելու, չդասավորվողը վերացնելու, հետքերը մաքրելու համար: Իսկ հիմա արդեն նիկոլի երազանքի եզրակացության համար բոլոր նախադրյալները պատրաստ են: Պատերազմից հետո մի քանի հազար քրեական գործեր, մի քանի հարյուր մեղադրյալներներ ու անգամ բաքվի դժոխքից վերադարձած հայերին առանց խնայելու կալանավորել: Սրանք բոլորն արվել են նիկոլի համար տհաճ անակնկալներից խուսափելու համար:
Մեկ տարի առաջ իրենց զինվորականները հրապարակային ասում էին, որ զենքի մատակարարումը դադարեցվել է, զորքի համալրումը դադարեցվել է, Շուշին հանձնվել է: Այս աղաղակող հրապարակումներով ոչ մի իրավական պրոցես, ոչ մի քրեական գործ էլ չեմ խոսում կալանքներին մասին:
Էլ ինչ հանձնաժողով, էլ ինչ քննություն: Նիկոլն արդեն գրել դրել է եզրակացությունը, իսկ <<փորձագետ արծրունը>> այն առաքել է աժ ուսապարկերին:
Հ.Գ. Հիշեցնեմ, որ քառօրյա պատերազմի վերբերյալ իրենց սրտի եզրակացությունը չստացան, այս անգամ էլ չեն հաջողի այդչափ աղճատել իրականությունը:
