Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիները Հայաստանում առնվազն 6 անշարժ գույք ունեն. մանրամասներ

2010-2021թթ. ՀՀ–ում Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիների կողմից իրականացվել է անշարժ գույքի իրավունքի պետական գրացման 6 գործարք։ Sputnik Արմենիայի գրավոր հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնել են ՀՀ կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեից։
Այսպես, 2012-ին Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիություն ունեցող անձինք 2 բնակարան են գնել, մեկը` նվեր ստացել։ Դրանից հետո 2018-ին է բնակարանի առքուվաճառքի մեկ պայմանագիր կնքվել։ Իսկ, ահա, 2019-ին 2 պայմանագիր է կնքվել` 1-ը կրկին բնակարանի առքուվաճառքի առնչվող, մյուսը` հասարակական նշանակության գույք ձեռք բերելու։ Իսկ թե ինչ գույք են ձեռք բերել Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիություն ունեցող անձինք Հայաստանում, մանրամասները հայտնի չեն։
 
Միաժամանակ, կադաստրի կոմիտեից հայտնում են նաև, որ 2010-2021թթ. ՀՀ–ում Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիները (ֆիզիկական անձինք) 71 անշարժ գույք են ձեռք բերել։ Թուրքիայում և Ադրբեջանում գրանցված իրավաբանական անձանց անվամբ ՀՀ–ում 2010-21թթ. ընթացքում անշարժ գույքի իրավունքի պետական գրացման գործարք չի գրանցվել։
Անշարժ գույքի ձեռքբերման առաջին գործարքը (վերոնշյալ ժամանակահատվածում) կայացել է 2011-ին` ՀՀ–ում Թուրքիայի քաղաքացություն ունեցող անձը բնակելի տուն է գնել։ Իսկ ամենաշատ գործարք կնքվել է 2019-ին, երբ Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիություն ունեցող անձինք 12 բնակարան են գնել, 2 բնակելի տուն, 3 հասարակական նշանակության գույք և 1 հողամաս։
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիություն ունեցող անձինք Հայաստանում 2010-21 թվականներին գնել են 53 բնակարան, 1 բնակարան նվեր են ստացել, 1-ը փոխանակել են, 5 բնակելի տուն են գնել, 1` ավտոտնակ, 7` հասարակական նշանակության գույք և 3 հողակտոր։
