Ադրբեջանական հենակետեր Ոսկեպար-Բաղանիս հատվածո՞ւմ. ասում են՝ բնակիչներն ուրախ են
INTERVIEWԱյսօր համացանցում տեղեկություն էր տարածվել այն մասին, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խորհրդային քարտեզներով սահմանագծում և սահմանազատում անելու դեպքում, խորհրդային տարիներին ադրբեջանաբնակ գյուղերի տարածքները, կարող են հանձնվել Ադրբեջանին։ Սահմանագոտու բնակիչներին անհանգստություն է պատճառում այն, որ սահմանի այդ հատվածում, Հայաստան-Վրաստան միջպետական ավտոճանապարհի Ոսկեպար-Բաղանիս հատվածում կարող են տեղադրվել ադրբեջանական հենակետեր, և իրենք Տավուշի մարզկենտրոն Իջեւան, կամ՝ Երևան հասնելու համար ստիպված կլինեն երթևեկել ադրբեջանական անցակետերի կողքով։ Ըստ շրջանառվող լուրերի՝ բնակիչների միայն մի մասն է անհանգստացած այս թեմայով, իսկ մյուսը՝ երջանիկ է, քանի որ վերջապես թեկուզ մի քանի ամսով, բայց կունենա աշխատանք՝ կլինի բանվոր այդ ավտոճանապարհի կառուցման համար:
Այս թեմայով ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com -ը զրուցեց Բաղանիս համայնքի ղեկավարի Նարեկ Սահակյանի, որը ո՛չ հաստատեց և ո՛չ էլ բացառեց ադրբեջանական անցակետերի հնարավոր տեղակայման մասին լուրերը. «Ես հիմա որևէ բան չեմ ասում, քանի որ տեղյակ չեմ, թե բանակցային սեղանին ինչ է քննարկվում, այդ պատճառով չեմ կարող ասել, թե ինչի սպասենք: Ամբողջ խոսակցությունները օդում են, հենց այդ բամբասանքներն են մեր «տունը քանդում»»,- ասաց համայնքի ղեկավարը:
Անդրադառնալով ադրբեջանական անցակետերի տեղակայմանը բնակիչների երջանիկ լինելուն՝ Նարեկ Սահակյանն ասաց՝ չկա որևէ մեկը, ով կերջանկանա դրանց տեղակայումից. «Գյուղում, իհարկե, կա աշխատանքի խնդիր բայց ամեն մարդ իր գործը գտնում է այստեղ: Նրանց հիմնական զբաղմունքն անասնապահությունն ու գյուղատնտեսությունն է, 1991 թվականից այդպես է եղել, գյուղացին հո քիմիական արտադրամասում չի աշխատելու, իհարկե, ցանկալի կլիներ, որ այստեղ լիներ ինչ-որ փոքրիկ արտադրամաս, բայց, ցավոք, չկա»,- նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
Ոսկեպարի վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Իշխան Աղբալյանն էլ նշեց, որ նման լուրեր իրեն չեն հասել և առայժմ բացառեց հենակետերի տեղակայումը:
Խոսելով գյուղացիների աշխատանք չունենալուց, նա ասաց, որ անգամ եթե այդ հենակետերը տեղակայվեն էլ, միևնույն է, այդ աշխատանքը ժամանակավոր է լինելու և կարիք չկա ուրախանալու. «Ենթադրենք, այդ հենակետերը տեղադրվում են և գյուղացիները ունենում են ժամանակավոր աշխատանք, բայց այստեղ մարդիկ պահանջում են, որ հիմնական աշխատատեղ ստեղծվի, ոչ թե ժամանակավոր»,- նշեց նա՝ հավելելով, որ ցանկացած գյուղում էլ կա աշխատատեղի խնդիր, սակայն իրենց մոտ հիմնականում զբաղվում են անասնապահությամբ:
