Հայաստանի, Վրաստանի, Իրանի էներգետիկ գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների և «Ռուսական ցանցերի» գլխավոր տնօրենի մասնակցությամբ Երևանում երեկ կայացած համատեղ նիստում քննարկվել են հարցեր, որոնք թույլ կտան միավորել չորս երկրների էլեկտրաէներգետիկ համակարգերը: Վարչապետը առանձին հանդիպում է ունեցել նաև Վրաստանի էներգետիկայի նախարար Կախա Քալաձեին և այսօր նաև Իրանի էներգետիկայի նախարար Համիդ Չիթչիանիի հետ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ շատ է խոսվել տարածաշրջանում էներգետիկ և տրանզիտային տարբեր տարանցիկ հաղորդակցական ծրագրերում Հայաստանի հնարավոր մասնակցությունների մասին, սակայն սա կարելի է ասել, առաջին դեպքն է, որտեղ իսկապես Հայաստանը ոչ միայն ընդգրկվում է որևէ նախագծում, այլև բավականին շահավետ ռազմավարական դիրք է ձեռքբերում, չորս երկրների էլեկտրաէներգետիկ համակարգերի միավորման արդյունքում:

Խոսքը, մինչև 2018 թվ.-ը Հայաստան-Վրաստան 400/500 կՎտ էլեկտրահաղորդման գծի ու Իրան-Հայաստան 400 կՎտ էլեկտրահաղորդման երկշղթա գծի կառուցման մասին է։ Վրաստանի հետ ստեղծվում է էներգետիկ համակարգի ասինխրոն ռեժիմում աշխատանքի հնարավորություն, որտեղ էլեկտրաէներգիայի փոխհոսքի հզորությունը առաջին փուլում կազմելու է 350 Մվտ, իսկ մինչև 2021 թ-ը 700 Մվտ-ի հզորություն: Իսկ Իրանի դեպքում դա թույլ է տալիս էլեկտրաէներգիայի հզորությունները հասցնել մինչև 1200 Մվտ-ի։

Այս ամենը թույլ է տալիս ոչ միայն Հայաստանին էականորեն մեծացնել իր էներգետիկ արտահանման կամ ներմուծման կարողությունները, այլ նաև էներգետիկ տարանցման գործառույթներ կատարել մի կողմից Իրանի, մյուս կողմից Վրաստանի, ԵՄ-ի ու Ռուսաստանի միջև: Այսինքն Հայաստանի տարածքով, նաև Իրանի համար կապ է ստեղծվում Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության և Եվրոպական Միության միջև:

Հայկական և իրանական կողմերի միջև քննարկվել է նաև Մեղրի ՀԷԿ-ի աշխատանքների հետագա ֆինանսավորման հարցերը:

Իրանական կողմը, որը խնդիրներ ուներ միջազգային սանկցիաների պատճառով ֆինանսավորելու այդ աշխատանքները, ներկայումս պատրաստ է շարունակել ֆինանսավորումը: Հայկական կողմը նույնպես պետք է որոշակի ֆինանսական միջոցներ հայթայթի այդ աշխատանքների շարունակության համար: Այդ պատճառով հայկական կողմը մտածում է տարբեր լուծումներ գտնել, օտարերկրյա կամ հայկական ներդրողների ներգրավման արդյունքում Մեղրի Հէկ-ի աշխատանքների բարեհաջող ավարտի համար: Կարիք չկա նշելու, որ Մեղրիի հիդրոհանգույցի կառուցումը, որն ունենալու է 130 ՄՎտ հզորությամբ և տարեկան շուրջ 800 մլն Կվտ/ժ էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրության հնարավորություն, որքան կարևոր ռազմավարական կառույց է լինելու Հայաստանի համար:

Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի միջև էներգետիկ հզուրությունների բարելավմանը աջակցում են և պատրաստ են աջակցել նաև Միացյալ Նահանգներն ու Եվրամիությունը: Այս օրինակը ցույց է տալիս, որ Իրանի, Վրաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և ինչու չէ նաև ԵՄ-ի էներգետիկ շահերը ճիշտ համադրելու դեպքում հնարավոր է բարդ էներգետիկ-տարանցման նախագծերը իրականություն դարձնել, նախագծեր, որտեղ Հայաստանը նույնպես ակտիվ մասնակցություն կունենա: Չի բացառվում, որ սա լավ նախադեպ կլինի նաև Իրանից դեպի ԵՄ գազային միջանցքի կայացման համար, որտեղ Հայաստանը նույնպես տարանցման սխեմայում ներգրավված կլինի:
