Մեր գլխավոր խնդիրը սովորելու մշակույթի բացակայությունն է

անրակրթական դպրոցներ են ուղարկվել 2021-2022 ուսումնական տարվա երկրորդ կիսամյակում գնահատման նոր մեթոդական ցուցումները, որոնց համաձայն կիսամյակային գրավոր աշխատանքներ այլևս չեն լինելու, իսկ միավորային գնահատումն իրականացվելու է բանավոր հարցմամբ, գործնական, նախագծային, թեմատիկ և բացառիկ դեպքում՝ ամփոփիչ աշխատանքներով։
Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք կրթության փորձագետ Սերոբ Խաչատրյանի հետ։
Հարցին, թե աշակերտների կրթական մակարդակի բարձրացմանը որքանո՞վ են նպաստելու գնահատման այս նոր մեթոդական ցուցումները` փորձագետն ասաց. «Չեմ կարծում, որ շատ էական փոփոխություն կլինի այդ առումով։ Հիմնական հարցն այստեղ հետևյալն է, որ այդ կիսամյակային գրավոր աշխատանքները, որ կային դպրոցներում, բավական խնդիրներ էին ստեղծում, օրինակ՝ աշակերտները մեկ օրվա ընթացքում երկու-երեք կիսամյակային գրավոր էին գրում, ինչը, եթե ռեալ նայենք՝ անհնար է, որովհետև մարդը չի կարող երկու-երեք առարկայից գրավոր գրել: Դա բերում է արհեստական լարվածության, աշակերտներն ինչ-որ կեղծիքների էին դիմում, տոտալ արտագրություններ էին անում, երբեմն լինում էր դեպք, որ շատ վատ սովորող աշակերտը բարձր գնահատական էր ստանում։ Բայց, եթե նայում ենք զուտ մանկավարժական տեսանկյունից, այդ կիսամյակային ամփոփիչ աշխատանքը շատ կարևոր է, որովհետև եթե դու կիսամյակի ընթացքում ուսումնասիրել ես փազլի տարբեր կտորներ, կարևոր է, որ վերջում ամբողջական փազլը հավաքես, այս իմաստով, դա մանկավարժական տեսանկյունից շատ կարևոր է։ Իհարկե, հիմա նախարարությունը, չափորոշիչներով էլ է դա ամրագրված, առաջարկում է նախագծային աշխատանքների իրականացում, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս ընթացքում սովորածդ կիրառելու, ինչն այդքան էլ հեշտ չի լինելու, որովհետև նախագծային աշխատանքների համար աշակերտներն ահագին գիտելիքներ պետք է ունենան, դու չես կարող ինչ-որ պրոյեկտ անել, եթե գիտելիքներդ աղքատ են։ Նախագծայինի դեպքում էլ են առաջանալու այն նույն ռիսկերը, ինչ՝ կիսամյակային գրավոր աշխատանքների ժամանակ։ Այսինքն՝ այդ խնդիրները մնալու են, դրանք չեն էլ վերանալու, որովհետև եթե մենք փոխում ենք միայն գումարելիների տեղերը, դրանք առանձնապես էական փոփոխություններ չեն մտցնի։ Մեր գլխավոր խնդիրը սովորելու մշակույթի բացակայությունն է, իսկ դա ամենակարևորն է, իսկ մշակույթը միշտ կուլ է տալիս ցանկացած փոփոխություն: Եթե մենք չփոխենք այդ մշակույթը, որ երեխաները սկսեն սովորել, այդ անազնվություններից հետ կանգնեն, այս տեղաշարժերը ոչինչ չեն փոխելու»։
