Ադրբեջանի իրավապահները մտադիր են «սեղմ ժամկետներում ձերբակալել» Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանին: Ադրբեջանական աղբյուրների համաձայն՝ Բաքուն Հարությունյանին մեղադրում է «Գյանջայի վրա հրթիռային հարձակման» համար։ Նկատենք՝ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը միակ անձը չէ ՀՀ-ից եւ Արցախից, ում նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանը միջազգային հետախուզում է հայտարարել:

Այդպիսի մարդկանց թիվն անցնում է 300-ից, եւ այս հարցի մասին պարբերաբար բարձրաձայնել է ՀՀ ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության եւ հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Թագուհի Թովմասյանը: «Մինչեւ հիմա, Ալիեւի հրահանգով, Հայաստանի մոտ 300 քաղաքացիների, այդ թվում՝ նաեւ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների նկատմամբ հայտարարված է միջազգային հետախուզություն։ Ի՞նչ է արել Հայաստանի դատախազությունը։ Նախ մենք չգիտենք՝ ովքեր են այդ 300-ը, եւ մարդիկ ուղղակի անակնկալ կերպով կարող են հայտնվել իրավապահների ծուղակում։ Որեւէ հիմքով չունենք Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական գործիչների հետախուզում։ Ունենք ընդամենը մեկ հոգու հետախուզում, մենք Ադրբեջանից հետախուզում ենք ընդամենը ֆուտբոլային մեկնաբանի»,-դեռ նախորդ տարվա ապրիլին նշել էր պատգամավոր Թովմասյանը։

Մեկնաբանության համար «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը դիմեց գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանին:  Նա նշեց. «Պատերազմին վերաբերող գործով հրապարակայնություն այնքանով, որքանով թույլատրելի է, հրապարկվել է մեր կողմից համապատասխան հաղորդագրությամբ: Ավելին չեմ կարող ասել: Իրենց կողմից էլ միջազգային հետախուզումների մասով, այո, արդյունավետորեն ամեն ինչ ավում է, որպեսզի դրանք ընթացք չստանան»:

Սակայն այդպես էլ պարզ չդարձավ՝ մենք Ադրբեջանից ում նկատմամբ ենք հետախուզում հայտարարել:
