Լճաշենի և Վարսերի հողերի վրա 45 հա տարածքով խոշոր ջերմոցային համալիր կկառուցվի

Կառավարությունն այսօրվա՝ փետրվարի 17-ի նիստում հավանություն տվեց «Արդյունաբերական ջերմոցային համալիր» ներդրումային ծրագրին, ինչպես նաեւ համաձայնեց Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Սևան համայնքի Լճաշեն բնակավայրում ծրագրի իրականացման նպատակով հողամասն ուղղակի վաճառքի ձևով օտարել Էդուարդ Օհանյանին:

Ծրագրի արժեքը 48 մլն եվրո է, խոսքը 51.41468 հա հողամասերն օտարելու մասին է, ստեղծվելու են 400-450 նոր աշխատատեղեր։

Նախատեսվում է կառուցել 45 հա տարածքով խոշոր արդյունաբերական ջերմոցային համալիր եւ 2,7 հա մակերեսով արդյունաբերական տնկարան։ Հաշվի առնելով համալիրի շինարարության համար անհրաժեշտ  բոլոր տեխնիկական պայմանները,  ընկերությունը նպատակահարմար է գտել կառուցապատումն իրականացնել գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության այլ հողատեսքերի վրա՝ սահմանված կարգով փոխելով հողամասերի նպատակային նշանակությունը։

ՏԿԵ նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանը նշեց, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ, այս գործարքից համայնքային բյուջե մուտք կարվի 22 մլն դրամ, ծրագիրն իրականացվելու է 115 հա տարածքի վրա, ընդգրկելու է Լճաշեն եւ Վարսեն բնակավայրերի հողերը. «Շինարարության համար նախատեսված է 60 ամիս ժամկետ: Նախատեսված է, որ աշխատատեղերի մոտ 40 տոկոսում կանայք կաշխատեն: Վերջնական արդյունքով տարեկան մոտ 12 տոննա բանջարեղեն կարտադրվի, որի 80 տոկոսը նախատեսվում է արտահանել Հայաստանից»,-ասաց նախարարը:

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասաց, թե ներդրումային ծրագրերի բնականոն ընթացքը որևէ կերպ չպետք է խոչընդոտվի. «Սա կարևոր է նաև կառավարության համար, որովհետև մենք շատ ամբիցիոզ, շատ հավակնոտ տնտեսական աճի ցուցանիշներ ենք մեր առջեւ դրել, իսկ այդ տնտեսական աճի հիմնական մասը մասնավոր հատվածն է ապահովում», - ասաց նա:

Վարչապետը նշեց, թե բյուրոկրատական արհեստական քաշքշուկներից, հնարավոր կոռուպցիոն խոչընդոտներից պետք է ազատել մարդկանց:
