SOCIETYSHASMHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ երեկ, փետրվարի 16-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 15։10-ի սահմաններում Երևանի 1-3 շտաօգնության 4-րդ ենթակայանից ահազանգ է ստացվել ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժին, որ շտապօգնության թիվ 43 խումբը կանչով մեկնել է Վարդաշեն թաղամաս, որտեղ բռնության են ենթարկվել բժիշկները։ Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նշված հասցե է մեկնել ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ հետաքննական բաժանմունքի ավագ հետաքննիչի գլխավորությամբ։ Պարզվել է, որ Վարդաշեն 5-րդ փողոցի 34 տուն ժամանած բուժանձնակազմի հետ վիճաբանել է Էդգար Կ-ն՝ իրեն հիվանդանոց տեղափոխելու համար, և բժշկի պարտականությունները կատարող բժիշկ, 26-ամյա Գուրգեն Բ-ի հետ վիճաբանության ժամանակ բռունցքով հարվածել է նրա դեմքին՝ պատճառելով ֆիզիկական ցավ, իսկ Էդգար Կ-ի որդին ձեռքով և փայտով հարվածել է բժշկի ծոծրակին՝ պատճառելով ֆիզիկական ցավ, ապա պատռել է վերջինիս բաճկոնը, այնուհետև ձեռքով և փայտով հարվածել է շտապօգնությանը պատկանող Jinbei մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային։ Էրեբունու ոստիկանները ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու, Էդգար Կ-ին և նրա որդուն հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։ Հետաքննիչի որոշմամբ նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։
