Գաղտնի օպերացիա Երեւանում. հայտնաբերվել է աղմկահարույց հանցագործության մեջ հետախուզվողը
SOCIETYՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ, ոստիկանության գեներալ-մայոր Վահե Ղազարյանի կարգադրությամբ հանրապետությունում ակտիվացել է պայքարը առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործունների մեջ մեղադրվող և հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող անձանց հայտնաբերման ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներում։
Shamshyan.com-ի հաղորդմամբ, փետրվարի 16-ին, ՀՀ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության ծառայողները Երեւանում իրականացրել են հատուկ օպերացիա, որի արդյունքում Կիևյան փողոցի 1-ին նրբանցքի շենքերից մեկի բնակարանում հայտնաբերվել է Երևան քաղաքում հաշվառված 37-ամյա Գրիգորի Գրիգորյանը։
Կայքի տեղեկություններով՝ վերջինս ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի կողմից հետախուզվում էր ՀՀ քր.օր-ի 34-104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 6-րդ և 7-րդ կետերի և 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի մեղադրանքով։ Նրա նկատմամբ Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի որոշմամբ խափանման միջոց էր ընտրվել կալանավորումը: Գ. Գրիգորյանը տեղափոխվել է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ։
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ հունվարի 13-ին Երևանում հնչած կրակոցների փաստով ՀՀ քր օր-ի 34-104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետի (սպանության փորձ շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով) հատկանիշներով հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ:
Ոստիկանները պարզել էին, որ նույն օրը Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի Դավիթ Բեկի փողոցի վրա գտնվող գերեզմանատան ավտոկայանատեղիում վիճաբանություն էր տեղի ունեցել մի խումբ անձանց միջև, որի ժամանակ հնչել էին կրակոցներ և դրա արդյունքում վնասվել էին Mercedes մակնիշի 2 ավտոմեքենաներ, որոնք հայտնաբերվել էին Ազատության պողոտայում գտնվող «Ռեդիսոն Բլու» հյուրանոցային համալիրի ավտոկայանատեղիում և գլխավոր մուտքի մոտ:
Դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել էր 4 հատ 9 մմ տրամաչափի և 2 հատ 7.62 մմ տրամաչափի պարկուճ:
Վիճաբանության մասնակիցներից մեկը Երևանի բնակիչ, 33-ամյա Ռուստամ Ստեփանյանն է, ով հանրությանը հայտնի է իբրև բիզնեսմեն, մյուս մասնակիցը Չերեմուշկայում հայտնի «Շինարարների Ֆազն» է: Կայքի տեղեկություններով՝ Mercedes G500 մակնիշի A 777 AA 777 RUS համարանիշները կեղծ էին, իսկ նշված ավտոմեքենան պատկանում էր Ռ. Ստեփանյանին, ով ժամանակին ինչ-որ հանցագործության համար գտնվում էր հետախուզման մեջ և նրան հայտնաբերել ու վնասազերծել էին ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի, ժողովրդին հայտնի 6-րդ գլխավոր վարչության ծառայողները ու բերման էին ենթարկել ոստիկանություն:
