Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է՝
Ուշադիր հետեւում էի ՌԴ Անվտանգության Խորհրդի նիստին։
Բանախոսներից ոմանք հղում էին անում ազգերի ինքնորոշման իրավունքին։
34 տարի շարունակ Արցախի հայությունը պայքարում է ինքնորոշման աստվածատուր իրավունքի իրացման համար։
Հետխորհրդային տարածքում Արցախի ժողովրդից ավելի հիմնավոր փաստեր ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացման համար դժվար է մատնանշել։

Կարող են դա անել հիմա,չեմ կարծում թե ռուսներն այսօր դեմ արգումենտներ կբերեն՝ հաշվի առնելով նրանց կողմից Լուգանսկի ու Դոնեցկի անկախության ճանաչումը։
Բայց անհնար է դա իրականացնի մի ռեժիմ,որը Շուշին է վախենում օկուպացված համարել,որպեսզի «կառուցողական» պարոնը չզայրանա ։
Իսկ Թուրքիան արդեն անթույլատրելի է համարել Ռուսաստանի կողմից Լուգանսկի ու Դոնբասի անկախության ճանաչումը։
Սա մեծ ու բարդ աշխարհաքաղաքական պայքարի նոր փուլ է։
Հայաստանի համար այս ճակատագրական փուլում վտանգավոր է ունենալ հակազգային ու պանթուրքիզմի օրակարգ սպասարկող իշխանություն։
Հ.Գ. Քանի որ պետությունների պատմությունից շատ է խոսվում, նշեմ. Ադրբեջան անունով պետություն աշխարհի քաղաքական քարտեզի վրա առաջացել է ընդամենը 1918-ի մայիսին։
