Մոսկվան մեծացնում է իր անուղղակի պատասխանատվությունը Հարավային Կովկասում կայունություն ապահովելու գործում
INTERVIEW
Կրեմլի պաշտոնական կայքի հաղորդմամբ` վաղն Ադրբեջանի նախագահը ժամանելու է Մոսկվա ու նախատեսվում է, որ Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների միջև ստորագրվելու է ռազմավարական գործընկերության մասին հռչակագիր, որով այդ երկրների միջև հարաբերությունները, ըստ էության, հասնելու են դաշնակցային մակարդակի:
Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք քաղաքագետ Սուրեն Սուրենյանցի հետ։
Հարցին, թե այդ հռչակագիրն ի՞նչ ազդեցություն է ունենալու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար` քաղաքագետը պատասխանեց. «Նախ նշեմ, որ կանխատեսելի էր Բաքվի ու Մոսկվայի ռազմավարական գործընկերությունը, որն արդեն դե ֆակտո գոյություն ունի, փաստաթղթավորվելու է, այսինքն ռազմավարական հարաբերությունները, որոնք դե ֆակտո գոյություն ունեին արդեն մի քանի տարի, ֆորմալիզացվում են, այս առումով Ռուսաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների նոր որակ դժվար թե կարելի է ակնկալել: Մյուս կողմից՝ սա նշանակում է, որ Մոսկվան ակնհայտորեն պարիտետ է պահպանում Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև, որտեղ կան և՛ դրական, և՛ բացասական պահեր»:
Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե որո՞նք են այդ պահերը` քաղաքագետն ասաց. « Դրականն այն է, որ Մոսկվան այսպիսով մեծացնում է իր անուղղակի պատասխանատվությունը Հարավային Կովկասում կայունություն ապահովելու գործում, քանի որ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը, ըստ էության, նրա ռազմավարական դաշնակիցներն են, ու երկուսի վարքագծի վրա էլ Մոսկվան ձեռք է բերում ազդեցության գործիքներ: Ռիսկային է այն, որ միշտ վտանգ կա, ինչպես պատմության ընթացքում մի քանի անգամ եղել է, հայկական շահերի հաշվին տեղի է ունենում կուս-ադրբեջանական մերձեցում: Հիմա մենք կարող ենք օգտագործել ստեղծված իրավիճակի պլյուսնե՞րը, թե՞ մինուսները՝ կախված է մի շարք գործոններից, աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակից, Մոսկվայի ցանկություններից կամ առաջնահերթություններից ու, ի վերջո, Հայաստանի պետական կամ քաղաքական համակարգի որակներից»:
