INTERNATIONAL NEWSԴոնբասում իրավիճակի կարգավորման վերաբերյալ մինսկյան համաձայնություններն այլևս գոյություն չունեն: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին լրագրողներին հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը՝ հավելելով, որ մինսկյան համաձայնագրերը «սպանվել են» Դոնեցկի ու Լուգանսկի անկախության ճանաչումից շատ ավելի վաղ:
«Ուզում եմ ընդգծել, որ մենք հետաքրքրված էինք միջոցառումների այդ փաթեթի իրականացմամբ, բայց Կիևը բոլոր ջանքերն այդ ուղղությամբ զրոյի հավասարեցրեց, մինսկյան համաձայնությունները սպանվել են Ուկրաինայի ղեկավարության կողմից Դոնբասի ժողովրդական հանրապետությունների երեկվա ճանաչումից շատ ավելի վաղ», - ասել է Վլադիմիր Պուտինը:
Վերջին օրերին իրավիճակը Դոնբասում գնալով սրվում էր: Փետրվարի 18-ին Ուկրաինայից իրենց անկախ հռչակած Դոնեցկի և Լուգանսկի հանրապետությունների ղեկավարությունը ռազմական լարվածության սաստկացման պատճառով հայտարարեց բնակչությանը ժամանակավորապես Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Ռոստովի շրջան տարհանելու մասին:
Փետրվարի 21-ին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը ռուսաստանցիներին հասցեագրված իր հեռուստաուղերձում հայտարարեց, որ որոշում է ընդունել Դոնեցկի և Լուգանսկի ժողովրդական հանրապետությունների անկախությունը ճանաչելու մասին: Ելույթից հետո Ռուսաստանի նախագահը ստորագրեց համապատասխան հրամանագրեր ԴԺՀ-ն և ԼԺՀ-ն ճանաչելու մասին, ինչպես նաև բարեկամության, փոխգործակցության և փոխօգնության մասին պայմանագրեր ստորագրեց Դոնեցկի ղեկավար Դենիսի Պուշիլինի և Լուգանսկի ղեկավար Լեոնիդ Պասեչնիկի հետ:
Դոնեցկում և Լուգանսկում իրավիճակի խաղաղ կարգավորման մասին «Մինսկ-1» և «Մինսկ-2» համաձայնությունները ձեռք էին բերվել «Նորմանդական քառյակի»՝ Ուկրաինայի, Ռուսաստանի, Գերմանիայի և Ֆրանսիայի բանակցությունների ձևաչափով:
