SOCIETYԿառավարությունը շրջանառության մեջ է դրել «Պաշտպանության մասին» Հայաuտանի Հանրապետության օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին», «Կառավարության կառուցվածքի և գործունեության մասին» Հայաuտանի Հանրապետության օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին», «Հանրային ծառայության մասին» Հայաuտանի Հանրապետության օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» «Պետական կառավարման համակարգի մարմինների մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» և «Կառավարչական իրավահարաբերությունների կարգավորման մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքների նախագծերը։
Որոշման նախագծի համաձայն նախատեսվում է նոր խմբագրությամբ շարադրել պաշտպանության ոլորտում Կառավարության լիազորությունները, դրանցում առանձին սահմանել իրավասությունները, ավելացնել ՀՀ անվտանգության խորհրդի կողմից ընդունվող ակտերի շրջանակը, պաշտպանության և ՀՀ զինված ուժերի, այլ զորքերի, տնտեսության գործունեությունը, զորահավաքային նախապատրաստության և զորահավաքի բնագավառը կարգավորող մի շարք հիմնարար պլաններ և ծրագրեր ներառելով մեկ ընդհանուր՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության պլանում, խմբագրվում և հստակեցվում են ՀՀ վարչապետի, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության և Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի ու ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի ու ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետի լիազորությունների շրջանակը, Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետի պաշտոնը նախատեսվում է որպես ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ, ինչպես նաև հիմքեր են ստեղծվում ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի այլ տեղակալների պաշտոններն ըստ անհրաժեշտության ևս զինվորական պաշտոններ նախատեսելու ուղղությամբ, 2020 թվականին հայտարարված զորահավաքային զորակոչի վերլուծության արդյունքներով ավելանում են ընտանեկան որոշակի պայմաններ ունենալու դեպքում զորահավաքային զորակոչի ոչ ենթակա անձանց շրջանակը, աշխատողների ամրագրման գործընթացում սահմանվում է, որ ամրագրվում են պետության և բնակչության կենսական պահանջմունքների բավարարման ուղղությամբ տնտեսական և այլ բնույթի գործունեություն ծավալող կազմակերպությունների աշխատողները, անհրաժեշտ առանձնահատուկ կարգավորումներ են սահմանվում պետական կառավարման համակարգի գործունեությունը կարգավորող օրենքներում։
