ԱԺ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունը չմիացավ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների առաջարկին՝ դատապարտելու «Շուշիի հռչակագիրը»։

Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք ադրբեջանագետ, ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյանի հետ։

Հարցին,թե ինչպե՞ս եք գնահատում այս զարգացումները` նախկին պատգամավորն ասաց. «Իրականում չգիտեմ՝ որքանով են ծանոթ այդ հռչակագրի տեքստի ամբողջական տարբերակին բոլոր այն պատգամավորները, որոնք որոշել են կամ չեն որոշել մասնակցել այդ նիստին։ Այդ հռչակագրում հստակ կան այն նպատակները, որոնք այդ երկու պետություններն իրենց առջև դրել են, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանի նկատմամբ հստակ ներկայացնելով տարածքային հավակնություններ՝ նաև ներկայացնելով ծրագիր առ այն, որ պետք է վերացնեն հայկական մշակութային ժառանգությունը։ Այսինքն, այն ամենը, ինչի ականատեսն ենք այսօր, արձանագրված է այդ հռչակագրով, որն ուղղակի պոպուլիստական նպատակներով ստորագրված թուղթ չէ։ Դա ռազմաքաղաքական պակտ է՝ ուղղված առաջին հերթին Հայաստանի դեմ։ Եվ հենց այդ կոնտեքստում պատահական չէ, որ դրանից մոտ մեկ տարի կամ ավելի քիչ ժամանակ անց Ռուսաստանի հետ է կնքվում ռազմաքաղաքական փոխգործակցության հուշագիր։ Ինչ վերաբերում է մեր դիրքորոշմանը, իմ ուշադրությունը գրավեց, որ արտախորհրդարանական որոշ ուժեր այդ հռչակագրին անդրադարձել են, հայտարարության տեքստերով հանդես են եկել։ Այստեղ խնդիրն այն է, որ այս հարցում խորհրդարանում պետք է լիներ որոշակի կոնսենսուս։ Այսինքն՝ նախագիծը բերել Ազգային ժողով ու տապալել, դա նույնն է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն այս ամենի հետ կապված դիրքորոշում չունի։ Ուստի, եթե գործընթացը սկսվում էր, դա պետք է սկսվեր ներքին համաձայնություններով, որովհետև նախկինում եղել են այդպիսի դեպքեր։ Բայց բերել ու ուղղակի տապալել՝ փոխադարձ մեղադրանքների հերթական շղթան ներկայացնել, երբ ունես անվտանգային նման սպառնալիք, անհեռանկարային է և մեր շահերից չի բխում»։
