25 февраля 2022 года IDBank через публичную оферту выпустит первый транш драмовых номинальных купонных облигаций со следующими условиями:

- Общий объем- 1 500 000 000 драмов РА

- Количество- 150 000 штук

- Номинальная стоимость- 10 000 драмов РА

- Срок обращения - 27 месяцев

- Годовой купонный доход - 9,25%

- Дата погашения - 25 мая 2024 г.

- Облигации будут выплачиваться ежеквартально.

Номинальные купонные облигации под аббревиатурой AMANLBB2GER8 будут размещены с 25 февраля 2022 г. по 18 мая 2022 г. посредством открытой оферты.

 

Заполнив соответствующую заявку и подав в Банк, можно приобрести драмовые облигации, полная информация о которых (аббревиатура, номинальная стоимость, количество, годовой купонный доход, день выплаты купона, день погашения облигаций) будут отражены в подразделе «Облигации» раздела «Банкинг» в приложении Idram&IDBank.
