Դեկտեմբերի 25-ին տեղի է ունեցել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Կարեն Միրզոյանի տարեկան ամփոփիչ մամուլի ասուլիսը։ Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ արտգործնախարարության տեղեկատվական վարչությունից, Կարեն Միրզոյանը ներկայացրել է 2015թ. ընթացքում արտաքին քաղաքականության ոլորտում կատարված աշխատանքները՝ ուղղված Արցախի անկախության միջազգային ճանաչմանը, ա դրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանը, Արցախի զարգացման համար արտաքին բարենպաստ պայմանների ապահովմանը, տարբեր երկրների հետ հնարավոր մակարդակներով համագործակցության զարգացմանը, միջազգային գործընթացներում ԼՂՀ ներգրավվածության ապահովմանը, միջազգային ասպարեզում Արցախի շահերին համահունչ նախաձեռնությունների իրականացմանը:

Մասնավորապես, անդրադարձ է կատարվել արտասահմանյան տարբեր երկրների  և  Արցախի համայնքների միջև ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության միջոցով բարեկամական հարաբերությունների ու փոխգործակցության ընդլայնման գործընթացին։ Նշվել է, որ անցնող տարում ոչ միայն ընդլայնվել են Արցախի և օտարերկրյա տարբեր համայնքների միջև ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության շրջանակները, այլև դրանք նոր ձև և բովանդակություն են ստացել: Որպես ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության հաջողված օրինակ` նախարարն անդրադարձել է նաև 2015 թ. աշնանը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունում կազմակերպված «Ֆրանսիական օրեր Արցախում» փառատոնին, որին մասնակցել են քույր քաղաքները ներկայացնող Ֆրանսիայից ժամանած ավելի քան 200 հյուրեր։

Անդրադառնալով ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացին, ԱԳ նախարարը նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանի որդեգրած քաղաքականությունը բացահայտ արհամարհանք է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ջանքերին և մարտահրավեր՝ միջազգային հանրությանը։  Այդ համատեքստում Կարեն Միրզոյանը կարևորել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի շփման գծում միջադեպերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմների անհապաղ մշակումն ու իրագործումը, ինչը թույլ կտա բացահայտել հրադադարի ռեժիմի իրական խախտողին՝ ի դեմս Ադրբեջանի, և խուսափել հակամարտության կ ողմերին ուղղված անհասցե կոչերից:

ԼՂՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարը կարևորել է նաև տեղեկատվական ոլորտում իրականացվող աշխատանքները` նշելով, որ ԼՂՀ ԱԳՆ և ԼՂՀ մշտական ներկայացուցչությունները հետևողական գործունեություն են ծավալում Արցախի Հանրապետության մասին օբյեկտիվ և հավաստի տեղեկատվություն տարածելու ուղղությամբ, այդ թվում նաև՝ մամուլի և սոցիալական ցանցերի միջոցով:
Կարեն Միրզոյանն անդրադարձել է 2016 թ. ԼՂՀ ԱԳՆ առաջնահերթություններին՝ նշելով, որ ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորումը և ԼՂՀ միջազգային ճանաչումը մնալու են Արցախի իշխանությունների ուշադրության կենտրոնում:

Մամուլի ասուլիսի ավարտին Արցախի արտաքին քաղաքական օրակարգի և ԼՂՀ ԱԳՆ գործունեության արդյունավետ լուսաբանման համար որոշ լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչներ պարգևատրվել են շնորհակալագրերով։

ԼՂՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Կարեն Միրզոյանը պատասխանել է նաև լրատվամիջոցներից էլեկտրոնային փոստով ստացված հարցերին։
