Բազմիցս զգուշացրել է, որ Գորիս-Կապան ավտոճանապարհի Որոտանի հատվածը հանձնելով Ադրբեջանին կստեղծվեն հայ-իրանական խնդիրներ

Փետրվարի 23-ին Կառավարության նիստից հետո Էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Վահան Քերոբյանը խոսել էր թշնամուն հանձնված և ադրբեջանցիների վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող Սյունիքի մարզի Գորիս-Կապան և Կապան-Ճակատեն ճանապարհով Իրանից Հայաստան և հակառակ ուղղությամբ բեռնափոխադրումների ծավալներից. «Իհարկե, այդ ճանապարհի անմատչելիությունը հանգեցրել է նաև 2 երկրների առևտրի կրճատմանը, բայց կրճատվել է ոչ թե 2020-ի նկատմամբ, որովհետև 2021-ին 2020-ի նկատմամբ Իրանի հետ ունեցել ենք առևտրաշրջանառության 25% աճ և հասել ենք 500 միլիոն դոլարի սահմանաչափի։ Գիտեք, որ Կառավարությունը Սյունիքի մարզում բազմաթիվ ճանապարհաշինարարական նախագծեր է իրականացնում, թե շրջանցիկ ճանապարհների, թե ֆունդամենտալ Սիսիան-Քաջարան հատվածի շինարարությունը․․․ Գիտեք, որ նախաորակավորման մրցույթն արդեն հայտարարվել է և առաջիկա 70 օրվա մեջ ստանալու ենք հայտեր խոշոր շինարարական ընկերությունների կողմից, ովքեր ունակ են այդպիսի մասշտաբային ծրագիր իրականացնել, որի ընդհանուր արժեքը 1 միլիարդ դոլարին մոտ է»։

Իրանագետը անդրադառնալով այս խնդրին՝ ասաց. «Բազմիցս զգուշացրել է, որ Գորիս-Կապան ավտոճանապարհի Որոտանի հատվածը փաստացիորեն հանձնելով Ադրբեջանին՝ կստեղծվեն հայ-իրանական խնդիրներ ոչ միայն տնտեսական, այլև քաղաքական հարաբերությունների համար, դրան մոտենում էին թեթևամտորեն։ Հենց Երևանից հայտարարություներ էին հնչում, թե դա ադրբեջանական տարածք է և կիրառվում էին ադրբեջանական տեղանուններ։ Իսկ հիմա փաստն այն է, որ առաջացող դժվարությունները շատ դեպքերում ստիպում են իրանցի բեռնափոխադրողներին կա՛մ անցնել Որոտան-Կապան հատվածի՝ Ադրբեջանին նվեր տված հատվածով և Ադրբեջանի բյուջե վճարել գումարներ՝ հարստացնելով թե՛ Հայաստանի, թե՛ Իրանի նկատմամբ թշնամական վերաբերմունք ունեցող արհեստածին կազմավորմանը, կա՛մ պետք է շրջանցեն հայկական ուղին և փորձեն դեպի Սև ծով ելքն ապահովել Ադրբեջանի տարածքով, մինչև Հայաստանը կկարողանա ապահովել համապատասխան ենթակառուցվածք, մասնավորապես՝ խոսքը Հյուսիս-Հարավ ավտոճանապարհի մասին է»։
