ՌԴ-ի հետ հարաբերությունները դաշնակցային մակարդակի բարձրացրած Ադրբեջանն իր ենթակայության տակ գտնվող քարոզչամիջոցներով հակառուսական բնույթի արշավ է ծավալում։
 
Ավելին, գիտակցելով այս փուլում Հարավային կովկասում կայունության ապահովման կարևորությունը ՌԴ-ի համար Արցախի մի քանի հատվածներում փոքր մասշտաբի սադրանքների են դիմում։
 
Վերջին դեպքերը վերաբերում են Ասկերանի շրջանի Խրամորթ բնակավայրում ստեղծված իրավիճակին, երբ ադրբեջանցիները տեղի բնակիչներին գյուղատնտեսական բնույթի աշխատանքներ կատարել զրկելուց բացի ֆիզիկական բնույթի սպառնալիքներ են հնչեցնում։
 
Այսպիսի միջադեպերը մեզ առաջին հերթին հետաքրքիր են մեր հայրենակիցների անվտանգության տեսանկյունից և մեր խնդիրն է չեզոքացնել այդ սպառնալիքները, սակայն սա նաև ՌԴ-ին թիկունքում գտնվող խնդիրներով ծանրաբեռնելու հարց է։
 
Իրականության մեջ, թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմը բարենպաստ պայմանների ձևավորման դեպքում պատրաստ է տարբեր բնույթի հարվածներ հասցնելու նաև ՌԴ-ին։
 
Դա կլինի քաղաքական, ռազմական, քարոզչական, թե տնտեսական հարվածների ձևով կամ բոլորը միասին դեռ դժվար է ասել, սակայն Հայաստանն ու Արցախը պետք է պատրաստ լինեն, որ իրադրությունն այս թվացյալ կայուն վիճակից ինչ որ փուլում կարող է փոփոխվել և մեր հայրենակիցների համար ՀՀ-ում և Արցախում ֆիզիկական գոյության խնդիր ստեղծել։
 
Հայաստանի այս իշխանությունը ՀՀ-ին ու Արցախին ուղղվող լուրջ մարտահրավերներին դիմակայելու շանս ուղղակի չունի, որովհետև դրան նախ չի պատրաստվում և երկրորդ, սրանք ծանր փուլում ուղղակի լքելու են քաղաքական խրամատը և իրենց տեղն են ապահովելու արտաքին հովանավորների տրամադրած ապաստան երկրներում, իսկ հասարակությունը մնալու է մեն-մենակ։
