INTERNATIONAL NEWSԿիևի քաղաքապետ Վիտալի Կլիչոն Associated Press-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտնել է, որ Ուկրաինայի մայրաքաղաքը շրջափակման մեջ է, բնակիչների տարհանումը անհնար է: Լրագրողի հարցին ի պատասխան՝ պատրաստվո՞ւմ են էվակուացնել Կիևի բնակիչներին, Կլիչկոն նախ լռել է, ապա ասել.
Կլիչկոն նշել է, որ Ուկրաինայի քաղաքային իշխանությունների աշխատակիցները շոկի մեջ են, բայց ոչ ընկճված։ «Մենք ցույց ենք տալիս մեր բնավորությունը, մեր գիտելիքները, մեր արժեքները»։
Ռուսական զորքերի առաջխաղացումը քաղաքի վրա ավելի դանդաղ է եղել, քան սպասում էին շատ ռազմական փորձագետներ:
«Այս պահին ամենակարևոր հարցը մեր երկիրը պաշտպանելն է»,- հավելել է նա։
Պատասխանելով սննդի և դեղամիջոցների պակասող պաշարները համալրելու քաղաքի կարողությունների մասին հարցին՝ Կլիչոն ասել է․ «Մենք հումանիտար աղետի սահմանին ենք։ Ունենք լույս, մեր տներում ջուր ու ջեռուցում կա։ Բայց ենթակառուցվածքը ոչնչացված է սնունդն ու դեղորայքը հասցնելու համար»։
Նա նշեց, որ բոլորին ուղերձը հետևյալն է․ «Միասին աջակցեք Ուկրաինային… Մենք ուժեղ ենք։ Յուրաքանչյուր ուկրաինացի հպարտ է, որ անկախ է, հպարտ է, որ ուկրաինացի է, և մենք հպարտ ենք, որ ունենք մեր սեփական երկիրը»:
Հինգշաբթի՝ փետրվարի 24-ին, Կիևի քաղաքապետ Վիտալի Կլիչկոն հայտարարել է Ուկրաինայի մայրաքաղաքում պարետային ժամ մտցնելու մասի:
Նույն օրը ավելի վաղ Կիևի քաղաքային պետական վարչությունը հայտարարել էր քաղաքում օդային տագնապի մասին։ Բնակիչներին հորդորել էին գնալ քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության կացարաններ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ փետրվարի 24-ի վաղ առավոտյան Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հանդես է եկել ուղերձով՝ հայտնելով Դոնբասում հատուկ ռազմական օպերացիա սկսելու որոշման մասին։
«Հանգամանքները մեզնից պահանջում են վճռական ու անհապաղ գործողություններ: Դոնբասի ժողովրդական հանրապետությունները խնդրանքով դիմել են Ռուսաստանին: Դրա հետ կապված որոշում եմ ընդունել հատուկ ռազմական գործողություն իրականացնել»,- հայտարարել է Պուտինը ՌԴ քաղաքացիներին ուղղված հեռուստաուղերձում:
Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբը հայտնել է, որ հինգշաբթի ժամը 05:00-ից (Երևանի ժամանակով 07:00-ից) ՌԴ ԶՈւ-ն ինտենսիվ հարձակումներ է իրականացնում ուկրաինական ռազմական օբյեկտների և օդանավակայանների վրա։
Գերագույն Ռադան Ուկրաինայում ռազմական դրություն է մտցրել։ Ուկրաինայի ՆԳՆ-ն զոհերի և վիրավորների նախնական թիվ է հայտնում։
