ՀՑԹԻ-ն Հայոց ցեղասպանության թեմայով ուսումնասիրությունների լավագույն վայրն է աշխարհում

 Հայոց ցեղասպանության թանգարան-ինստիտուտի (ՀՑԹԻ) փոխտնօրեն Սուրեն Մանուկյանի դիտարկմամբ` տարին ցույց տվեց, որ Հայոց ցեղասպանության թեմայի ուսումնասիրության համար աշխարհում լավագույն վայրը ՀՑԹԻ-ն է: Թանգարանն ունի այդ թեմայով ամենամեծ արխիվն ու գրականության հավաքածուն, որը հնարավոր չի լինի գտնել անգամ աշխարհի լավագույն համալսարաններում: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` տարեվերջյան ասուլիսին այս շեշտադրմամբ իր խոսքը սկսեց Սուրեն Մանուկյանը: Այս իմաստով նա կարևորեց թանգարան-ինստիտուտի ներքո գիտական ուսումնասիրություններին հատկացվող կրթաթոշակային ծրագիրը: «Պատահական չէ, որ դրսից շատերն են գալիս այստեղ գիտական ուսումնասիրություններ կատարելու: Այդ նպատակով էլ ձեռնարկել ենք Ռաֆայել Լեմկինի անվան կրթաթոշակը, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս օտարազգի գիտնականներին հետազոտություն անցկացնել թանգարանում և հայաստանյան այլ արխիվներում ու գրադարաններում »,-ասաց Սուրեն Մանուկյանը:

Նրա բնորոշմամբ` տարին աննախադեպ էր ամբողջ աշխարհում Հայոց ցեղասպանության թեմայով գիտաժողովների անցկացումով: «Ամբողջ աշխարհում մոտ 60 գիտաժողով է անցկացվել: Բայց այս բոլոր գիտաժողովների մեջ հատուկ կառանձնացնեմ Ցեղասպանագետների միջազգային ընկերակցության 12-րդ գիտաժողովի անցկացումը Հայաստանում: Այն ամենակարևոր գիտաժողովն է այս ոլորտի մասնագետների համար, քանի որ դրանց ժամանակ ոչ միայն ամփոփվում են կատարված աշխատանքները, այլև ներկայացվում են հետազոտությունների արդյունքները, նախանշվում գիտական զարգացման միտումները: Իսկ այն, որ ՀՑԹԻ-ն հյուրաընկալեց գիտաժողովը, խոսում է մեր թանգարանի հեղինակության մասին»,-շեշտեց Սուրեն Մանուկյանը:
Նա կարևորեց հանգամանքը, որ ՀՑԹԻ գիտաշխատողները մասնակցել են ցեղասպանագիտական միջազգային  գիտաժողովների Կոպենհագենում, Չիկագոյում, Նյու Յորքում, Բեռլինում, Էդինբուրգում, Սիենայում, Բուենոս Այրեսում, Մոսկվայում, Ռիգայում, Լոս Անջելեսում և այլ քաղաքներում:

«ՀՑԹԻ-ն 2011-2015 թթ հրատարակել է մոտ 70 միավոր գրականություն՝ հայերեն, ռուսերեն, անգլերեն և ֆրանսերեն ժողովածուներ, մենագրություններ և գրքեր»,-տեղեկացրեց թանգարանի փոխտնօրենը:
