Երևանյան կրկեսը պատրաստ կլինի 2016-ին, իսկ շահագործման կհանձնվի 2017-ին: Այդ մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց քաղաքաշինության նախարար Նարեկ Սարգսյանը՝ պատասխանելով Past.am-ի հարցին, թե ինչու է ձգձգվում կրկեսի շինարարական աշխատանքների ավարտը: Նախարարը նշեց, թե կրկեսը բավականին բարդ օբյեկտ է և պահանջում է ինժեներական բարդ լուծումներ:

«Շատ մասնագետներ դրսից են հրավիրված, քանի որ Հայաստանում նման մասնագետներ չկան: Նախագծերի որոշ մասեր իրականացվում են Հայաստանից դուրս, մասնավորապես Ռուսաստանում»,- նշեց նախարարը: Ինչ վերաբերում է հարկերի ավելացման վերաբերյալ մեր հարցին՝ Սարգսյանն ասաց, թե հարկերի տարբերությունը՝ լինի 6 կամ 7 , էական չէ, կարևոր է, որ համահունչ լինի տվյալ միջավայրին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ վերջերս մամուլում գրվեց, թե որոշվել է փոխել կրկեսի շինարարության նախագիծը և 7 հարկի փոխարեն կառուցել 8-ը: Past.am-ը հետաքրքվեց նաև, թե ինչու ավերիչ երկրաշարժիչից 27 տարի անց՝ 2015 թվականի դրությամբ, դեռևս լուծված չեն շահառու ճանաչված 965 ընտանիքի բնակարանային խնդիրները՝ չնայած, որ պետական պաշտոնյաները բազմիցս հայտարարել են այդ հարցը լուծելու մասին:

Ի պատասխան՝ Նարեկ Սարգսյանն ասաց, թե ինչքան շենքեր փլուզվել է, նույն մակերեսով այս տարիների ընթացքում այնդան էլ կառուցվել են: Իսկ թե ինչու այդ հարցը մինչև հիմա չի լուծվել, ըստ նախարարի, պատճառը երկրի սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակն է:
