Պատերազմն, իհարկե, սարսափելի բան է: Եվ այն ազդեցությունն է թողնելու նաև Հայաստանի վրա: Պատերազմներից ամեն գնով պետք է խուսափել: Բայց երբ այն իրականություն է դառնում չի կարելի միայն ողբալ և չոքերին խփել: Պետք է ամեն ինչ անել, որպեսզի փորձել քաղել ինչ-որ դրական բաներ, առավել ևս, երբ պրագմատիկ մարդիկ հասկանում են, որ յուրաքանչյուր պատերազմ վաղ թե ուշ ավարտվում է: Ի՞նչ պետք է անենք մենք: Առաջին հերթին անհրաժեշտ է զբաղվել, Ռուսաստանում և Ուկրաինայում գտնվող մեր հարյուր հազարավոր բարձր որակավորում ունեցող հայրենակիցների համար Հայաստան տեղափոխվելու պայմաններ: Ամենաարագ և ամենահեշտը լինելու է IT ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների համար: Այսօր, երբ ՌԴ- ում գրանցված նրանց ընկերությունները փաստացի կտրված են ողջ աշխարհից կարող են տեղափոխվել Հայաստան և աշխարհի հետ հարաբերվել հենց այստեղից (ի դեպ, սա վերաբերում է ոչ միայն հայերին): Հայաստանը կարող է դառնալ IT տարածաշրջանային կոորդինացիոն կենտրոն: Նույնը վերաբերում է նաև ավիաընկերություններին, ֆինանսական կազմակերպություններին և այլն: Ու սա պետք է արվի ոչ թե պետական մակարդակով (դրանց վրա հույս դնելն անիմաստ է), այլ հասարակական, մասնավոր, ոլորտային միավորումների միջոցով:
