SOCIETYԱզգային ժողովի «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Աղվան Վարդանյանն այսօր Ազգային ժողովում ներկայացրել է «Պետական կենսաթոշակների մասին օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին և պետական նպաստների մասին» օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթը:
Նշենք, որ Կառավարությունը բացասական եզրակացություն էր տվել օրենքի նախագծին:
Թեմայի վերաբերյալ հարակից զեկուցող ԱԺ պատգամավոր Հերիքնազ Տիգրանյանը իր ելույթում նշել է, որ Հայաստանում նվազագույն աշխատավարձի, կենսաթոշակների, կրթաթոշակների, նպաստների և սոցիալական այլ վճարների չափերի և կենսաապահովման նվազագույն բյուջեի մեծության միջև համամասնությունները ամեն տարի արտացոլվում են պետբյուջեի մասին օրենքում:
«Կարող ենք եզրահանգել, որ յուրաքանչուր տարվա բյուջեի մասին օրենքում արտացոլվում են սպառողական գների աճի ազդեցությունը կենսաթոշակների և նպաստների չափի վրա որոշակի համամասնությամբ, ինչը ենթադրում է սահմանված կենսաթոշակների, նվազագույն կենսաթոշակի հաշվարկում կիրառվող ցուցանիշների և նպաստների չափերի փոփոխություն», - ասել է Տիգրանյանը։
