Վերջինս նաև հավելեց, որ Մարիուպոլ քաղաքում այսօրվանից վնասվել է էլեկտրոցանցը և էլեկտրաէներգիա չի լինելու, հետեւաբար, բնակարաններում ջեռուցում ևս էլ չի լինի։
