Այս իշխանության օրոք մարտի 1-ի գործը չի բացահայտվի

Մարտի 1-ի ողբերգությունից 14 տարի է անցել:
Մարտի 1-ի գործի մասին զրուցել ենք քաղաքագետ Արմեն Բաղդասարյանի հետ։
Հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք «Մարտի 1»-ն ամբողջությամբ բացահայտված է` քաղաքագետն ասաց. «Իհարկե ամբողջովին բացահայտված չէ ու չեմ էլ կարծում, թե այս իշխանությունների օրոք կբացահայտվի»:
Հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ այս իշխանության օրոք չի կարող բացահայտվել «Մարտի 1»-ը` քաղաքագետն ասաց. «Երկու հիմնական պատճառով. նախևառաջ՝ «Մարտի 1»-ը բացահայտելու համար պետք է ամբողջական քննություն տարվի՝ պարզելու համար, օրինակ՝ ովքեր են այն դատավորները, որոնք մարտի 1-ից հետո իշխանություններին հաճո դատավճիռներ են կայացրել, իսկ այդպիսի դատավորներ, այս իշխանությունների լեզվով ասած՝ «պատերի տակ վնգստացող դատավորներ», նաև իրենց են պետք, դրա համար էլ այս իշխանությունները չեն գնա այդ ամբողջական համակարգի բացահայտմանը: Երկրորդ պատճառն այն է, որ այս իշխանությունները վաղ թե ուշ հանգելու են նույն խնդրին, ինչ 2008-ին գործող իշխանությունը, այսինքն՝ վաղ թե ուշ փողոցային պայքար է սկսվելու, և իշխանությունները, վստահ եմ, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում նույնպես զորք կհանեն ժողովրդի դեմ: Դրա համար էլ այս իշխանություններին պետք չէ ամբողջովին բացահայտել «Մարտի 1»-ի գործը, դրանով իսկ նախադեպ ստեղծել, որ մարտի 1-ի համար պատասխանատու են երկրի ամենաբարձր պաշտոնյաները, դրա համար էլ այս իշխանությանը պետք է առկախ պահել այդ վիճակը, որպեսզի անհրաժեշտության դեպքում իրենք նույնպես մարտի 1-ի մեթոդներով կրակեն սեփական ժողովրդի վրա»:
