Բայդեն. Ուկրաինայի հետ Պուտինի պատերազմը կթուլացնի Ռուսաստանը եւ կուժեղացնի մնացած աշխարհը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՎեց օր առաջ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը որոշեց ցնցել ազատ աշխարհի հիմքերը՝ մտածելով, որ կստիպի խոնարհվել իր սպառնալիքների առջեւ, բայց չարաչար սխալվեց։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը «Երկրում վիճակի մասին» իր առաջին ելույթով, հայտնում է «Ամերիկայի ձայնը»։
Բայդենը հարգանք եւ հիացմունք է հայտնել ռուսական ագրեսիայի զոհ դարձած ուկրաինացի ժողովրդի խիզախությամբ եւ ընդգծել. «Այո, մենք՝ Միացյալ Նահանգները, ուկրաինացի ժողովրդի հետ ենք»։
«Մեր պատմության ընթացքում մենք յուրացրել են այս դասը. երբ բռնապետերը չեն վճարում իրենց ագրեսիայի համար, դա ավելի մեծ քաոս է առաջացնում,- ասել է Բայդենը:- Նրանք շարունակում են առաջ շարժվել, եւ այդ գործողությունների գինը, սպառնալիքներն Ամերիկայի եւ աշխարհի հասցեին շարունակում են աճել»:
«Պուտինի պատերազմը կանխամտածված եւ չհրահրված էր: Նա մերժեց դիվանագիտության ջանքերը։ Նա կարծում էր, որ Արեւմուտքն ու ՆԱՏՕ-ն չեն արձագանքի։ Եւ նա կարծում էր, որ կարող է մեզ բաժանել այստեղ՝ տանը։ Պուտինը սխալվեց: Մենք պատրաստ էինք,- ասել է ԱՄՆ նախագահը։- Մենք ճշմարտությունը հակադրեցինք ռուսական ստերին։ Եվ հիմա ազատ աշխարհը նրան պատասխանի է կանչում»:
Բայդենը նշել է, որ Պուտինը մեկուսացված է աշխարհում, ինչպես երբեք։ Նախագահը թվարկել է այն պատժամիջոցները, որոնք ԱՄՆ-ն սահմանել է ռուսական պետական կառույցների ու օլիգարխների նկատմամբ: Բայդենը հայտարարել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն փակում է իր օդային տարածքը ռուսական ինքնաթիռների համար։
Դրանից հետո նախագահը խոսել է Ուկրաինային եւ ուկրաինացիներին «հանուն ազատության նրանց պայքարում» օգնելու մասին. «Մենք Ուկրաինային ավելի քան 1 միլիարդ դոլարի ուղիղ օգնություն ենք տրամադրել»։
Բայդենը կրկնել է, որ ամերիկյան զորքերը չեն մասնակցի պատերազմին, սակայն պատրաստ են պաշտպանել ՆԱՏՕ-ի դաշնակցային տարածքի «ամեն մի թիզ»։
Ջո Բայդենը նաեւ հայտարարել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն եւ 30 այլ նահանգներ 60 միլիոն բարել նավթ են առանձնացնում իրենց պաշարներից (ԱՄՆ՝ 30 միլիոն բարել)՝ էներգակիրների գները նվազեցնելու համար, որոնք բարձրացել են ռուսական ներխուժման պատճառով:
«Ժողովրդավարության եւ ինքնակալության միջեւ պայքարում ժողովրդավարությունները ոտքի են կանգնել՝ հակահարված տալու համար, եւ աշխարհը հստակ ընտրություն է կատարել խաղաղության եւ անվտանգության օգտին»,- ասել է Բայդենը:
Նա նշել է, որ «Պուտինի պատերազմն Ուկրաինայի հետ կթուլացնի Ռուսաստանը ու կուժեղացնի մնացած աշխարհը»։
