INTERVIEWԽարկովում ծայրահեղ ծանր իրավիճակ է՝ ռմբակոծել են բոլոր բնակելի թաղամասերն ու շենքերը, կենտրոնը, ադմինիստրատիվ կառույցները: Բնակչությունը «պանիկայի» մեջ է: Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com -ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Խարկովում Հայաստանի պատվավոր հյուպատոսի օգնական Համլետ Հովհաննիսյանը:
Նա ասաց, որ մարդիկ ամեն գնով փորձում են դուրս գալ քաղաքից, ինչի հետևանքով գոյացել են կմ-երով խցանումներ, և նրանք ժամերով մնում են դրա մեջ.
«Անհատները ևս իրենց մեքենաներով մարդկանց են տարհանում քաղաքից, այսօր արդեն ավելի մեծ թափ է ստացել բնակչության կողմից քաղաքը լքելը»,- ասաց նա հավելելով, որ մարդիկ կարող են անարգել լքել քաղաքը անձնագրերի առկայության դեպքում, ինչպես նաև վստահ լինելուց հետո, որ այդ ճանապարհներն անվտանգ են:
Հետաքրքրվեցինք, թե ինչ ուղղություններով են գնում Խարկովի բնակիչները, Համլետ Հովհաննիսյանը պատասխանեց, որ հիմնականում ուղևորվում են Ուկրաինայի արևմտյան հատված:
Մեր զրուցակիցը նաև հայտնեց, որ Խարկովից այժմ սկսել է նաև գործել գնացքը, որի ուղղությունը դեպի Լվով քաղաքն է. «Մեծ հերթեր կան նաև այնտեղ, սակայն գնացք մուտք գործելու առաջնահերթությունը տրվում է կանանց և երեխաներին»,- ընդգծեց Համլետ Հովհաննիսյանը:
