INTERNATIONAL NEWSՄենք Ռուսաստանի դեմ չենք պատերազմում, ասել է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը՝ ազգին ուղղված ուղերձում։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Ուկրաինայի պատերազմը «պառակտում» է ստեղծել Եվրոպայում։
«Հենց նախագահ Պուտինը, մեկը մյուսի հետևից դավաճանելով իր միջազգային պարտավորություններին, պատերազմն ընտրեց»,- ասել է Մակրոնը։ «Այս պատերազմը հակամարտություն չէ Արեւմուտքի եւ Ռուսաստանի միջեւ, ինչպես ոմանք կցանկանային, որ մենք մտածեինք: Ուկրաինայում ՆԱՏՕ-ի բազա չկա։ Դա սուտ է։ Ռուսաստանը ագրեսիայի օբյեկտ չէ, նա ագրեսոր է։ Այս պատերազմը նացիզմի դեմ պայքար չէ… Դա սուտ է»,- հավելել է Մակրոնը։
Նա ասել է, որ մեծ նշանակություն է տալիս Ռուսաստանի եւ Ուկրաինայի նախագահներ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի եւ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու հետ կապերի պահպանմանը։ Ֆրանսիայի առաջնորդն ասել է, որ կապի մեջ է Պուտինի հետ, որպեսզի «համոզի նրան հրաժարվել զենքից», ինչպես նաեւ կանխել «հակամարտության ընդլայնումը»:
Մակրոնը նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանի` Ուկրաինայում ռազմական գորոծողություններն ընդգծեց եվրոպական պաշտպանական ռազմավարությունը նոր փուլ տեղափոխելու անհրաժեշտությունը։ Մակրոնը նաեւ հայտարարել է, որ մարտի 10-ին եւ 11-ին Վերսալում կհյուրընկալի եվրոպացի առաջնորդների գագաթաժողովը՝ էներգետիկ անկախությունն ու պաշտպանությունը քննարկելու համար։
Միեւնույն ժամանակ, Էմանուել Մակրոնը խոստովանել է, որ Ֆրանսիայի տնտեսությունը կտուժի Ուկրաինայի պատերազմի հետեւանքներից, եւ իր կառավարությունը կաշխատի պաշտպանել տնային տնտեսություններին ճնշումներից, այդ թվում՝ գների աճից։ Նա զգուշացրել է, որ «առաջիկա օրերը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, ավելի ու ավելի դժվար կլինեն»:
«Պատերազմն, անկասկած, կազդի ամբողջ Եվրոպայի, այդ թվում՝ Ֆրանսիայի վրա, որտեղ բենզինի, գազի, ամենօրյա օգտագործման ապրանքների գները, ըստ ամենայնի, կբարձրանան»: Նա զգուշացրել է, որ «կտուժեն մեր ֆերմերները, մեր արդյունաբերությունը եւ տնտեսության մի շարք ոլորտներ»։
«Ես վարչապետին խնդրել եմ առաջիկա օրերին տնտեսական եւ սոցիալական կայունության ծրագիր մշակել»՝ հակամարտությունից բխող դժվարություններին արձագանքելու համար»,- ասել է Մակրոնը։
