Ո՞վ է ԶՊՄԿ-ի ներողություն խնդրած եւ վնասը փոխհատուցած տնօրենը

ԶՊՄԿ-ի շուրջ ծավալվող իրադարձություններին մի նոր երանգ հաղորդեց նախօրեին Պետեկամուտների կոմիտեի տարածած հաղորդագրությունը, որով հայտնում էին, որ կոմբինատի նախկին տնօրենը 15 միլիարդի վնաս է պատճառել պետությանը եւ փոխհատուցել է այդ վնասը։ Իսկ երեկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ԱԺ ամբիոնից հպարտորեն հայտարարեց, որ Սյունիքից խոսողները ներողություն են խնդրել ու բյուջե են վերադարձրել ահռելի գումար՝ նկատի ունենալով այդ 15 միլիարդ դրամը, որը հետ է վերադարձվել պետբյուջե: Տարօրինակ էր, որ 15 միլիարդի մասին խոսելիս Փաշինյանն ու նրան ծառայող լրատվականները խնամքով թաքցնում են անունները՝ որևէ մեկին չեն մատնանշում: Ով է այդ խորհրդավոր գողը, որը 15 միլիարդ է գողացել պետությունից, ապա փոխհատուցել եւ ներողությունով ազատվել։
Մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն, հերթական պետական տեռորն է իրականացվել. ռեժիմը ճնշումներ է գործադրել ԶՊՄԿ նախկին տնօրեն Մհեր Պոլոսկովի և վերջինիս ընտանիքի անդամների նկատմամբ՝ քրեական գործերի սպառնալիքներով, այդ թվում՝ կալանավորելու, առաջարկել է կամ մուծվել, կամ հերթական աղմկահարույց գործը կկարվի: Որպես միջնորդ՝ իշխանությունն օգտագործել է Պոլոսկովի իրավախորհրդատու Նարեկ Ամբարյանին, որի միջոցով են փոխանցել իրենց պահանջները: Մինչ այս պայմանավորվածությունները, Հայաստանի տարածքում Պոլոսկովի նկատմամբ հայտարարվել էր հետախուզում, որը, սակայն, ըստ հավաստի աղբյուրների՝ քաղաքական պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերելուց և 15 միլիարդ «փրկագինը» վճարելուց հետո վերացվել է կամ առաջիկայում կվերացվի: Ըստ էության, սա է նաև պատճառը, որ տեղեկություններ տարածելիս իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան անուններ չի հրապարակում, նպատակը քաղաքական գործարքը փաթեթավորելն ու իբր թալանը հետ վերադարձնելու հերթական միֆ ներկայացնելն է:
Գործարքի արդյունքում, սակայն, Պոլոսկովն ու նախկին սեփականատերերն էլ շատ չեն տուժել՝ նրանք վաճառել են իրենց փայաբաժինը, ըստ մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների, մոտ 30 միլիարդ դրամով, որից 15 միլիարդը վճարել են «ռեկետյոր» պետությանը, իսկ 15 միլիարդը դրել իրենց գրպանն ու հեռացել։
