Ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի պատճառով դրսից Հայաստան բիզնես տեղափոխելու հոսք է սկսվել: Մեծ մասը՝ ռուս-բելառուսական ընկերություններ, որոնք փախչում են իրենց երկրների նկատմամբ կիրառվող սանկցիաներից՝ հիմնականում IT ոլորտի ընկերություններ, որոնք Հայաստանից կարող են ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Եվրոպայի հետ աշխատել: Իրավաբանական ծառայություններ մատուցող ընկերություններն այժմ այս ընկերություններին իրավաբանական խորհրդատվություն են մատուցում, թե ինչպես կարելի է Հայաստանում ընկերություն գրանցել, գործունեություն ծավալել։
Հետաքրքրվում են նաեւ ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ստանալու հեռանկարով: Այս գործընթացը փորձում են խրախուսել նաեւ պետական մակարդակով` էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության կայքում դրսի ընկերություններին «կանչող» հայտարարություններ կան, սփյուռքի հանձնակատարի գրասենյակն ու էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունն էլ են սրանով զբաղվում: Անգամ ասացին, որ վարչապետը որոշ օտարերկրյա ընկերությունների հետ «չաթ» է անում՝ նրանց Հայաստան հրավիրում: Ճիշտ պահվածքի դեպքում Հայաստանը կարող է անգամ շահել այս իրավիճակից:
