POLITICSՄարտի 4-ին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել ՄԹ Եվրոպայի և Հյուսիսային Ամերիկայի հարցերով նորանշանակ պետնախարար Ջեյմս Քլեվերլիի հետ՝ բրիտանական կողմի նախաձեռնությամբ։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ԱԳՆ-ն։
Արարատ Միրզոյանը շնորհավորել է Ջեյմս Քլևերլիին պետնախարարի պաշտոնում նշանակվելու կապակցությամբ և հաջողություն մաղթել պատասխանատու առաքելության մեջ։
Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձ են կատարել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Մեծ Բրիտանիայի ու Հյուսիսային Իռլանդիայի Միացյալ Թագավորության միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 30-ամյակին՝ նշելով, որ անցած ժամանակաշրջանում մեծ աշխատանք է կատարվել երկկողմ հարաբերությունների կայացման ուղղությամբ: Կողմերն ընդգծել են ընդհանուր արժեքների և փոխվստահության վրա հիմնված համագործակցությունն ամրապնդելու և ընդլայնելու պատրաստակամությունը։
Ընդգծվել է Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարական բարեփոխումների գործընթացի նշանակությունը՝ այս համատեքստում կարևորելով նաև Միացյալ Թագավորության կողմից ցուցաբերված աջակցությունը։
Զրույցի ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության և կայունության հարցերիին: Նախարար Միրզոյանը ներկայացրել է 44-օրյա պատերազմի, ինչպես նաև՝ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածք ներթափանցման հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակը:
Անդրադառնալով հրատապ լուծում պահանջող հումանիտար խնդիրներին՝ Արարատ Միրզոյանը շեշտել է, որ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է պատանդառության մեջ պահել 38 հայ ռազմագերիների և քաղաքացիական անձանց, իսկ հարյուրավոր անհայտ կորածների, այդ թվում՝ տասնյակ բռնի անհետացածների ճակատագրերը մնում են չբացահայտված:
