Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այսօր ընդունել է սերբ աշխարհահռչակ կինոռեժիսոր, երաժիշտ Էմիր Կուստուրիցային:

Հանդիպման սկզբում անվանի մտավորականը ՀՀ Նախագահին նվիրել է այս տարի լույս ընծայված իր պատմվածքների ժողովածուն՝ վերնագրված «Հարյուր տառապանք»: Էմիր Կուստուրիցան նշել է, թե 2015թ. հայ ժողովրդի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի նշումը զգացական պահ էր բոլոր նրանց համար, ովքեր ծանոթ են հայ ժողովրդի պատմությանը, նաև այն ժողովուրդների համար, ովքեր պատմության ընթացքում նմանատիպ արհավիրքների միջով են անցել: Այսօր երեկոյան Երևանում անցկացվելիք համերգը հանրահայտ երաժիշտն իր և իր գլխավորած խմբի փոքրիկ ներդրումն է համարել Ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի հիշատակման կապակցությամբ, որը, նրա խոսքով, խորհրդանշում է նաև հույսը դեպի ավելի լավ ապագա:

Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ողջունել է անվանի կինոռեժիսորին, նշելով, որ նրա այցելությունը, անկասկած, կարևոր իրադարձություն է մեր երկրի մշակութային կյանքում, և հայ ժողովուրդը մեծ ջերմությամբ է ընդունում Էմիր Կուստուրիցային ու համամարդկային արժեքներ դավանող նրա արվեստը: Հայ և սերբ ժողովուրդների ճակատագրերի ընդհանրությունը, Նախագահի խոսքով, Էմիր Կուստուրիցայի կինոարվեստն առավել հաղորդակից է դարձնում հայ արվեստասերներին:

Սերժ Սարգսյանը նշել է, թե ջերմությամբ է հիշում 2010թ. աշխարհահռչակ կինոռեժիսորի հետ ունեցած իր նախորդ հանդիպումը և մշտապես ուրախ կլինի հյուրընկալել նրան մեր երկրում: Նախագահը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել անվանի մտավորականին՝ հայ ժողովրդի և նրա պատմության ու մշակույթի նկատմամբ ունեցած նման ընդգծված հարգալից վերաբերմունքի համար և նաև այն նախաձեռնության՝ հիշատակի համերգի, որ այսօր երեկոյան նախատեսված է Երևանում:
