ԱՄՆ-ը ( Սպիտակ Տան (ԱԱԽ-ի) պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Էմիլի Խորն) դատապարտում է ԶՈւ մասին կեղծ լուրեր տարածելու համար, քրեական պատասխանատվություն ենթադրող ռուսական նոր օրենքը:
 
«Յա, իրո՞ք», հարգելի ամերիկացիներ: Իսկ գուցե, մի թեթև էլ դատապարտեք Հայաստանու՜մ տեղի ունեցող իրավական «беспредел»-ը : Թե՞ Հայաստանի քաղբանտարկյալները, քրեականացվող քաղաքական գործերը, վախի ու սպառնալիքի տակ իրականացվող դատական «արդարադատությունը» չի խոչընդոտում արևմուտքի «ժողովրդավարությանը», իսկ ՌԴ կռվող բանակի դեմ կեղծ լուրերի տարածման արգելանքը` խոչընդոտում է:
 
Հայաստանում կապիտուլյանտներին ու հայրենիքը թշնամուն հանձնողներին հայհոյելու քրեականացումը` ըստ արևմուտքի նորմալ է: Այսինքն` ասում են, որ «հարգեք» ձեզ գլխին իշխանություն կարգված ներքին թշնամուն, հայի տականքին, մի հայհոյեք ձեր Հայրենիքն ու բանակը կործանողներին, որովհետև այն ձեռնտու է ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ թուրքերին ու նավթ ծախող ազերներին:
 
Իսկ Ուկրաինայի նատոյացման դեմ կռվող Ռուսաստանում, զինուժի դեմ խառնակչական, շինծու և խուճապային կեղծ լուրերի տարածման քրեականացումը` դատապարտելի է: Որովհետև այն հիմա ձեռնտու չէ ՆԱՏՕ-ին:
