INTERVIEWՀայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը մեկնաբանել է Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի հայտարարությանը, թե Ադրբեջանը բազմիցս Հայաստանին խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքելու առաջարկություն է արել: «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցին ի պատասխան՝ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն մամուլի խոսնակ Վահան Հունանյանը մեկնաբանել է նաև այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» մասին Թուրքիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուի հայտարարությունը:
Հարց-Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը հայտարարել է, թե Ադրբեջանը բազմիցս Հայաստանին խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքելու առաջարկություն է արել եւ որ չնայած դժվարություններին, կարելի է մտածել հարաբերությունների կարգավորման մասին: Ի՞նչպես կմեկնաբանեիք այս հայտարարությունը:
Պատասխան – ՀՀ կառավարությունը Հայաստանի եւ տարածաշրջանի համար խաղաղ զարգացման դարաշրջան բացելու ռազմավարություն է որդեգրել եւ բնականաբար այդ ուղղությամբ քայլեր ձեռնարկելու պատրաստակամություն է դրսեւորում: Ինչ վերաբերում է կոնկրետ խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրելուն, մի քանի անգամ բարձրագույն մակարդակով հայտարարվել է, որ դա կառավարության օրակարգային առաջնահերթություններից է:
Հարց – Իր հերթին Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարար Մեւլութ Չավուշօղլուն խոսել է այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» մասին: Ինչպիսի՞ն է Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարության դիրքորոշումը այս հայտարարության վերաբերյալ:
Պատասխան – Մեզ համար դա անհասկանալի խոսույթ է, եւ սրա մասին գիտեն բոլորը: Մյուս կողմից՝ տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիաների բացումը նույնպես Կառավարության առաջնահերթություններից է, եւ այս ուղղությամբ կոնկրետ քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում, այդ թվում՝ «Հայկական խաչմերուկ» նախագծի շրջանակներում:
