Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելի հետ հեռախոսազրույցում կոչ է արել ԵՄ-ին ազդել Կիևի իշխանությունների վրա և ստիպել նրանց հարգել մարդասիրական իրավունքը։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Կրեմլի մամուլի ծառայությունը։

«Նշվեց, որ ռուսական զինված ուժերն արդեն մի քանի անգամ հրադադարի ռեժիմ են հայտարարել հումանիտար միջանցքներով բնակչության տարհանման համար։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, ուկրաինական ազգային գումարտակները դա կանխում են՝ դիմելով խաղաղ բնակչության նկատմամբ բռնությունների և տարբեր տեսակի սադրանքների»- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։

Ինչպես նշել են Կրեմլում, ՌԴ նախագահը «Եվրամիությանը կոչ է արել իրական ներդրում ունենալ մարդկանց կյանքերի փրկության գործում, ճնշում գործադրել Կիևի իշխանությունների վրա և ստիպել նրանց հարգել մարդասիրական իրավունքը»։

Պուտինն ընդգծել է, որ ռուս զինվորականներն ամեն ինչ անում են Ուկրաինայում խաղաղ բնակիչների կյանքը փրկելու համար։

«Վլադիմիր Պուտինը ուրվագծել է Ռուսաստանի դիրքորոշումը՝ կապված Դոնբասի հանրապետությունների պաշտպանության հատուկ ռազմական գործողության անցկացման հետ: Մանրամասն քննարկվել են ներկա իրավիճակի հումանիտար ասպեկտները։

Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, մասնավորապես, ընդգծել է, որ ռուս զինվորականները ձեռնարկում են բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցները խաղաղ բնակիչների կյանքը փրկելու համար: Հիմնական սպառնալիքը գալիս է ազգայնական կազմավորումներից, որոնք հիմնականում կիրառում են ահաբեկչական մարտավարություն՝ թաքնվելով խաղաղ բնակչության թիկունքում»,- շարունակել է Կրեմլը։

Պուտինը գնահատել է Մոսկվայի և Կիևի միջև բանակցությունների ընթացքը և հաստատել ռուսական կողմի պահանջները․ «Վլադիմիր Պուտինը գնահատել է Կիևի ներկայացուցիչների հետ բանակցությունների ընթացքը՝ հաստատելով ռուսական հայտնի պահանջները»։

Փետրվարի 24-ին ՌԴ նախագահը հայտարարեց Ուկրաինայում հատուկ ռազմական գործողության մասին՝ ի պատասխան Դոնբասի հանրապետությունների ղեկավարների օգնության խնդրանքին։ Ռուսական կողմի պահանջներից են Ուկրաինայի ապառազմականացումն ու ապաազգայնացումը, այդ պետության չեզոք և ոչ միջուկային կարգավիճակը, Ղրիմի ռուսական սեփականության և Դոնեցկի և Լուգանսկի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետությունների ինքնիշխանության ճանաչումը։
