Հավաքական Արևմուտքի հետ սին հույսեր կապողներին հիշեցնեմ, որ նրանց նավերը չեն բարձրանում Հայկական լեռները։
Իսկ վերջին զարգացումները ցույց տվեցին, որ գոնե այս պահին արեւմտյան նավերը նույնիսկ անզոր են մտնելու ուկրաինական նավահանգիստներ։
Հետեւաբար, Հարավային Կովկասում ռուսական ազդեցության թուլացման կողմնակիցներն ակամայից կողմ են թուրք-ադրբեջանական ազդեցության մեծացմանը»։
