Յունիբանկն առաջարկում է Special բիզնես վարկ՝ սկսած 8,5% տարեկան տոկոսադրույքով

Յունիբանկը ներկայացրել է նոր վարկատեսակ ձեռնարկատերերի համար։ Special բիզնես վարկը կարելի է ձևակերպել ՀՀ դրամով կամ ԱՄՆ դոլարով՝ մինչև 60 ամիս ժամկետով:
Վարկը տրամադրվում է ձեռնարկատիրական նպատակներով կամ այլ բանկերից վարկերի վերաֆինանսավորման համար: Վարկի գումարը կազմում է մինչև 250 մլն ՀՀ դրամ կամ $500 000 ԱՄՆ դոլար: ՀՀ դրամով ձևակերպելու դեպքում վարկի տոկոսադրույքը կազմում է սկսած 11% տարեկան , ԱՄՆ դոլարով՝ սկսած 8,5% տարեկան:
Վարկը նախատեսված է ինչպես իրավաբանական անձանց, այնպես էլ անհատ ձեռներեցների համար:
«Փոքր ու միջին բիզնեսին աջակցությունը մեր առաջնահերթ խնդիրներից է: Մենք մանրամասն ուսումնասիրում ենք հաճախորդի պահանջմունքները՝ բիզնես վարկերը ձեռնարկատերերի լայն շրջանակին առավել շահավետ և մատչելի դարձնելու համար: Մեր նոր վարկատեսակը՝ Special-ը, մշակված է նրանց համար, ում գումար է հարկավոր իր բիզնես նախագծերն իրագործելու կամ վարկային ծանրաբեռնվածությունն օպտիմալացնելու համար: Հաճախորդներին տրամադրելով անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ իրենց բիզնեսի առանձնահատկություններին և սեզոնայնությանն առավել համապատասխան պայմաններով՝ մենք օգնում ենք նրանց զարգանալ և առաջ շարժվել»,- ասում է Յունիբանկի կորպորատիվ բիզնեսի զարգացման և վաճառքների տնօրեն Դավիթ Պետրոսյանը:
Ձեռնարկատերերի աջակցության մեկ այլ ուղղություն է անգրավ վարկերը: Յունիբանկը պատրաստ է բիզնեսին տրամադրել առանց գրավի ապահովման վարկային միջոցներ՝ մինչև 5 մլն դրամ /կամ դրան համարժեք դոլար/ գումարով՝ մինչև 60 ամիս ժամկետով։ ՀՀ դրամով անգրավ վարկի տարեկան տոկոսադրույքը սկսվում է սկսած 12,9%: Այս տարբերակը հարմար է ընկերությունների և անհատ ձեռներեցների համար, ովքեր ձգտում են խնայել նոտարական ծառայությունների, կադաստրային ձևակերպումների և գրավի առարկայի ապահովագրության վրա:
2021 թվականին Յունիբանկի կողմից տրամադրված բիզնես վարկերի ծավալը 2020 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ աճել է ավելի քան 17%-ով, ինչը վկայում է ձեռնարկատերերի շրջանում այդ վարկատեսակների նկատմամբ պահանջարկի մասին։ 2021 թվականի վերջին Յունիբանկն ընդգրկվել է փոքր և միջին բիզնեսի վարկավորման լավագույն առաջարկներ ունեցող բանկերի ցանկում՝ ըստ SME Banking Club-ի։
