Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը մարտի 10-ին հրավիրել է Անվտանգության խորհրդի ընդլայնված նիստ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմից, քննարկվել են Հանրապետությունում ստեղծված անվտանգային ու հումանիտար խնդիրները: Երկրի ղեկավարն ընդգծել է, որ գազատարի վնասված մասը գտնվում է հակառակորդի դիրքի մոտ, որը վերանորոգումն արդեն երեք օր է ադրբեջանական կողմը խոչընդոտում է՝ առանց հիմնավորման:

«Կասկածից վեր է, որ թե՛ գազատարի վնասումն ու վերանորոգման աշխատանքների ձգձգումները, թե՛ վերջին օրերին Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչության նկատմամբ ցուցաբերած ագրեսիվ վարքագիծը ունեն աշխարհաքաղաքական ենթատեքստ. մասնավորապես, Ադրբեջանը փորձում է օգտվել Ուկրաինայի շուրջ իրավիճակից ու միջազգային դերակատարների զբաղվածությունից: Պաշտոնական Բաքուն ակնհայտ սադրանքների է դիմում՝ նպատակ ունենալով հոգեբանական ահաբեկման ենթարկել Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչությանն ու այդ կերպ հայաթափել Արցախը: Հավաստիացնում եմ, որ Արցախի իշխանությունները բոլոր մակարդակներում աշխատանքներ են իրականացնում՝ կանխելու անվտանգային ու հումանիտար խնդիրների առաջացումը և շտկելու ստեղծված իրավիճակը: Ուստի, հորդորում եմ բոլորին պահպանել հանգստություն, զերծ մնալ իրավիճակի ավելորդ լարումից և անպատասխանատու գործողություններից»,- ասել է նախագահ Հարությունյանը և հանձնարարել գործադիր իշխանության պատասխանատուներին համապատասխան միջոցներ կիրառել բնակչության անվտանգության ու բնականոն կենսապահովման համար:
