INTERNATIONAL NEWSԵվրոպական խորհրդարանի պատգամավորները զգուշացնում են Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին, որ աշխարհը ուշադրությամբ հետևում է և թույլ չի տալու Արցախի հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացում: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ այդ մասին Եվրախորհրդարանում հայտարարեց «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացումը» բանաձևի նախագծի համահեղինակ, Շվեդիան ներկայացնող պատգամավոր Էվին Ինջիրը՝ կոչ անելով Ադրբեջանի կառավարությանը հավատարիմ մնալ իր միջազգային պարտավորություններին:
Թուրքիայի Դիարբեքիր քաղաքում ծնված, ազգությամբ քուրդ, բայց այժմ Շվեդիայի սոցիալ-դեմոկրատներին ներկայացնող պատգամավորը իր խոսքում նշեց, որ Ադրբեջանն այժմ համակարգային փորձեր է անում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հայկական հարուստ պատմությունն ու մշակույթը վերացնելու ուղղությամբ:
Ինջիրի խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանի հարձակումը հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության վրա հարձակում է Հայաստանի վրա և ամենակարևորը՝ հարձակում է Հայաստանի ապագա սերունդների վրա:
«Պատմությունը վերաշարադրելու միջոցով գերիշխանության հասնելու համար Ադրբեջանը դիմում է մշակութային գանձերի ոչնչացմանը, որոնք ապագա սերունդները այլևս չեն կարողանա վայելել: Սա մի բան է, որը ես՝ իմ քրդական արմատներով, տեսել եմ իմ ժողովրդի և մեր ինքնության հանդեպ Թուրքիայում», - հայտարարեց Եվրախորհրդարանի պատգամավորը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ 2021 թ. դեկտեմբերի 7-ին ՄԱԿ-ի Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանը հրապարակել էր «Հայաստանն ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի» գործի շրջանակում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ներկայացրած հայցի հիման վրա հրատապ միջոցներ կիրառելու մասին որոշումը՝ պարտադրելով դադարեցնել հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացումը:
«Բանաձևը, որն այսօր քվեարկելու ենք (բանաձևն ընդունվել է, -խմբ), հնարավորություն է տալիս հստակ ուղերձ ուղարկելու Ադրբեջանին, որ աշխարհը նայում է, և մենք չենք լռելու, եթե լռությունը և բռնության սպառնալիքը չդադարեցվի: Եվրոպական խորհրդարանը պետք է դեմ հանդես գա Ադրբեջանի անընդունելի գործողություններին, միջազգային համաձայնագրեր պետք է հետևեն դրան: Հետևաբար` մենք կոչ ենք անում Ադրբեջանին հավատարիմ մնալ իր միջազգային պարտավորություններին՝ հատկապես հաշվի առնելով իր անդամակցությունը ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ին, որը հստակորեն արգելում է մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացումը: Բավակա՛ն է: Հերիք եղավ, բոլ եղավ», - հայտարարեց Էվին Ինջիրը:
