«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ ՀՀ պետական բուհերի ռեկտորների խորհրդում լուրջ վիճաբանություն է հասունանում: Բանն այն է, որ դեռ նախորդ տարի պետական բուհերի ռեկտորների խորհուրդը միաձայն որոշում էր կայացրել, որ յուրաքանչյուր ռեկտոր խորհրդի նախագահի պաշտոնում փոխատեղման՝ ռոտացիոն սկզբունքով պաշտոնավարելու է 1 տարի ժամկետով: Վիճակահանությամբ որոշվել էր խորհրդի նախագահության հերթականությունը:
Արդյունքում Գավառի պետական համալսարանի ռեկտոր Ռուզաննա Հակոբյանը նախորդ տարվանից պաշտոնավարում էր որպես խորհրդի նախագահ մինչեւ այս տարվա մարտի 22-ը: Ըստ այդ հերթականության՝ ՀՀ մայր բուհը, որ երկար ժամանակ ռեկտոր չուներ, խորհրդի նախագահ կարող է դառնալ միայն 8 տարի հետո: Ի՞նչ անել: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը ահազանգ ստացավ այն մասին, որ ԵՊՀ-ի նորընտիր ռեկտոր Հովհաննես Հովհաննիսյանը փորձում է իրավիճակ փոխել եւ առաջիկայում դառնալ ռեկտորների խորհրդի նախագահ՝ առանց ռոտացիայի՝ մշտական:
Ինչո՞ւ է շտապում. իր պաշտոնավարման ժամկետը ընդամենը 5 տարի է: Այս ծրագիրը կյանքի կոչելու համար Հովհաննիսյանը որոշել է ռեկտորների խորհրդի իրեն ենթարկվող ռեկտորների հետ փոխել նախորդ տարվա որոշումը՝ ըստ այդմ հաստատելով, որ ռեկտորների խորհրդի նախագահը մշտապես ի պաշտոնե պետք է լինի ԵՊՀ ռեկտորը: Իր պլաններն իրականություն դարձնելու ճանապարհին Հովհաննիսյանը նույնիսկ չի խորշում նաեւ ռեկտորներին զանգահարել եւ պնդել, որ ԿԳՄՍՆ դիրքորոշումն է այդպիսին, որ ինքը պետք է դառնա ռեկտորների խորհրդի նախագահ:
Իսկ այսօրվա խորհրդի նախագահ Ռուզաննա Հակոբյանն էլ այս գործում ստանձնել է Հովհաննիսյանի օգնականի դերը։ Կան նաեւ կզբունքային ռեկտորներ, որոնք իրենց որոշումը չեն ցանկանում փոխել: Աղմկահարույց այս նիստը կկայանա այսօր, որին մանրամասն կանդրադառնանք նիստից հետո: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթն, իհարկե, փորձեց մեկնաբանություն խնդրել Հովհաննես Հովհաննիսյանից, սակայն նրա հեռախոսն անհասանելի էր:
