Ապրիլի 1-ից ավտոմեքենայի առք ու վաճառքի դեպքում զրոյական տեղեկանք ներկայացնելու կարիք չի լինի

«Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության տեղական ինքնակառավարման քաղաքականության վարչության պետ Աշոտ Գիլոյանը նշեց, որ հանրային ծառայությունների թվայնացման գործընթացում հերթական կարևոր որոշումն է ընդունվել կառավարության կողմից, որը հեշտացնում է ավտոմեքենայի առք ու վաճառքի գործընթացը:
«Ինչպես գիտենք, շարժական գույքը հաշվառելու համար պահանջվում է հարկային պարտավորությունների կատարման վերաբերյալ տեղեկանք, այսպես կոչված զրոյական տեղեկանքի մասին է խոսքը: Հիմա հնարավորություն ենք տալիս ոստիկանությանը փոխգործակցություն ապահովել համայնքային եկամուտների կառավարման համակարգի հետ: Արդյունքում, համակարգի միջոցով ոստիկանության աշխատակիցն ինքը կտեսնի այդ ավտոմեքենայի գույքի հետ կապված պարտավորություններն արված են, թե ոչ»,-ասաց Աշոտ Գիլոյանը:
Նոր փոփոխությունն ուժի մեջ է մտնելու ապրիլի 1-ից: Քաղաքացին այլևս ստիպված չի լինի գնալ համայնքապետարան, թաղապետարան զրոյական տեղեկանք վերցնելու համար: Արդյունքում, այդ թղթաբանությունը, ժամանակի կորուստը չի լինի: Քաղաքացին պարզապես կներկայանա ոստիկանություն, զրոյական տեղեկանքի հետ կապված հարցերն արդեն տեղում կհստակեցվեն:
«Մինչ ոստիկանություն ներկայանալը կարող է նախապես վճարել իր ավտոմեքենայի գույքահարկի գումարը, սակայն եթե նույնիսկ չի վճարել ու ներկայացել է ոստիկանություն մեքենան հաշվառելու համար, միևնույն է ոչ մի խնդիր չկա: Պարտք լինելու դեպքում վճարումը կկազմակերպվի տեղում: Սա շատ կարևոր որոշում է: Զրոյական տեղեկանք բերելը խնդրահարույց էր այն շատ քաղաքացիների համար, որոնց մեքենան գրանցված է հեռավոր համայնքում, իսկ իրենք ապրում են այլ քաղաքում: Նա այլևս ստիպված չի լինի հասնել գրանցման վայր»,-ասաց նախարարության ներկայացուցիչը: Այս գործիքակազմն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո թեթևանում է համայնքապետարանի աշխատանքը:
Գերատեսչությունից գերատեսչություն չվազվզելու, ժամանակ չկորցնելու, հերթերից խուսափելու համար կառավարությունը շարունակում է թվայնացման գործընթացն ընդլայնել: Առաջիկայում ևս սպասվում են փոփոխություններ: Մասնավորապես, շուտով նույն մոտեցումը կգործի անշարժ գույքի առք ու վաճառքի պարագայում: Անշարժ գույքի առք ու վաճառքի պարագայում կրկին զրոյական տեղեկանք քաղաքացուց չի պահանջվի: Օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների նախագիծը դրված է շրջանառության մեջ: Համապատասխան ընթացակարգեր անցնելուց, Ազգային ժողովում ընդունվելուց հետո կմտնի ուժի մեջ:
