Ուկրաինական դատարանը հեռակա կարգով կալանավորել է Մարգարիտա Սիմոնյանին
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՈւկրաինայում հեռակա կարգով ձերբակալել են RT հեռուստաալիքի գլխավոր խմբագիր Մարգարիտա Սիմոնյանին։ Համապատասխան որոշումը դատարանը կայացրել է այն բանից հետո, երբ երկրի գլխավոր դատախազությունը մեղադրանք է առաջադրել լրագրողին։ Այս մասին ուրբաթ՝ մարտի 11-ին, հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը՝ Ուկրաինայի գլխավոր դատախազ Իրինա Վենեդիկտովային հղումով։
«Ուկրաինական դատարանը թույլ է տվել Ձեզ, Մարգարիտա Սեմյոնովնային, ձերբակալել և դատարան բերել խափանման միջոցի համար»,- ասել է Վենեդիկտովան։
Նա նաև հավելել է, որ ուկրաինացի դատախազները մտադիր են առաջիկա օրերին սկսել RT-ի գլխավոր խմբագրին միջազգային հետախուզման մեջ հայտարարելու գործընթացը։ Հայտնի է, որ Սիմոնյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Ուկրաինայի քրեական օրենսգրքի 110-րդ հոդվածով (սահմանադրական կարգը բռնի ուժով փոխելու կամ տապալելու կամ պետական իշխանությունը զավթելու, Ուկրաինայի տարածքի կամ պետական սահմանի սահմանները փոխելուն ֆինանսավորելը)։
Վենեդիկտովայի խոսքով՝ լրագրողը քրեական գործով մեղադրյալ է դարձել Դոնբասի մասին հայտարարությունների պատճառով. Սիմոնյանն աջակցել է հատուկ գործողության իրականացմանը, որի սկիզբը փետրվարի 24-ին հայտարարել էր ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը։
