«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Հայաստանի վարչապետի աշխատակազմը հաղորդագրություն էր տարածել, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Փարիզում ոչ ֆորմալ հանդիպում է ունեցել Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելի հետ: «Զրուցակիցները քննարկել են Հայաստան-Եվրոպական միություն համագործակցությանը վերաբերող օրակարգային տարբեր հարցեր: Անդրադարձ է կատարվել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ իրավիճակին»,նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ: Այս թեմային անդրադարձավ նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կառավարության նիստում: Արտաքուստ, կարծես, սովորական հաղորդագրություն է, և ոչ մի արտառոց բան չկա: Սակայն ուշագրավ է, որ այս հանդիպման մասին տեղեկացնում է միայն ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմը, այնինչ Եվրոպական խորհրդի պաշտոնական կայքում ոչ մի տող անգամ չկա:
Ավելին, Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելը ևս իր թվիթերյան էջում չի անդրադարձել այս հանդիպմանը: Դիվանագիտական կորպուսի մեր աղբյուրները նշում են, որ այս հանդիպումն իրականում պատահական է եղել, ինչպես ասում են՝ «ոտքի վրա»: «Փաստի» տեղեկություններով, հանդիպումը կայացել է Վերսալ յան պալատում, որտեղ պետք է տեղի ունենար ԵԽ ոչ ֆորմալ սամմիթը, և էքսկուրսիայի, ժամանցի նպատակով (ինչի մասին վկայում է նաև Փաշինյանի հագուստը) Վերսալում գտնվող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պատահաբար հանդիպել է Շառլ Միշելին, ինչն էլ առիթ է դարձել առանձին պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություն տարածելու:
