Փետրվարից հանրապետությունում կնվազեն որոշ դեղամիջոցների գները

«Դեղերի մասին» նոր օրենքն ամենևին միտում չունի նպաստելու հայաստանյան դեղերի շուկայում առանձին խմբերի մենաշնորհային դերի ձևավորմանը: Այս մասին, «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, տարեվերջյան ամփոփիչ ասուլիսին ասաց Արմեն Մուրադյանը: Ինչպես վստահեցնում է նախարարը, նոր օրենքի նպատակն է երկրում դեղերի շրջանա ռության գործընթացը համապատասխանեցնել միջազգային չափանիշներին և արդի միտումներին: Այն թույլ է տալիս բոլոր օղակներում և փուլերում կանոնակարգում իրականացնել` դեղերի ստեղծումից մինչև սպառում: «Օրենքը բավականին խիստ է և միտում ունի լուծել որակին, անվտանգությանը և մատչելիությանը վերաբերող խնդիրները: Այն կնպաստի նաև, որ հայրենական արտադրանքը պատշաճ կերպով ներկայացված լինի նաև միջազգային շուկայում»,- ասաց նախարարը:
Մուրադյանը նկատում է նաև, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական տարածքում վաղ թե ուշ նման պահանջ էր դրվելու անդամ երկրների առաջ: «Մենք չեն կարող ետ մնալ մյուս երկրներից և մեր արտադրությամբ ներկայացված չլինեն ԵԱՏՄ տարածքում»,- նշեց նա:
Մուրադյանի խոսքով 1997 թվականից գործող դեղերի մասին օրենքը ժամանակին համահունչ է եղել, սակայն օրեցօր զարգացող առողջապահական շուկան, սպառողների պահանջը, հասարակության զարգացումը և միջազգային միտումները ստիպում են վերանայել գործող օրենքը: Այս օրենքով պետությունը միջամտելու է դեղերի շուկայում գնագոյացման գործընթացին: Նախարարը վստահեցրեց, որ սոցիալական նշանակություն ունեցող դեղերի գները կկանոնակարգվեն պետության կողմից: Այն հնարավորություն կտա կանխարգելել կեղծ և չգրանցված դեղերի շրջանառությունը երկրում: Գործող օրենքում, ըստ նրա, չկան կարգավորումներ դեղերի հետգրանցումային գործընթացների հետ կապված, և այն դեղերի շրջանառության ամբողջ դաշտը չի ծածկում:
Ինչ վերաբերում է դեղերի գների փոփոխությանը, ապա Առողջապահության նախարարը հույս հայտնեց, որ արդեն փետրվարից կդիտվի որոշ դեղերի գնանկում:
