 Քովիդով եւ պատերազմով պայմանավորված՝ տեւական ժամանակ հայրենի օրենսդիրները զրկված էին գործուղումների մեկնելուց, հեռավար էին մասնակցում միջազգային միջոցառումներին։ Վերջին ամիսներին կրկին գործուղումների շքերթ է՝ նախկին «պարապուրդի» տեղն են լրացնում։ Մարտի 10-12-ը ՔՊ-ական Սարգիս Խանդանյանը գործուղվել է Վիեննա՝ «ԵԱՀԿ Երիտասարդության եւ անվտանգության հարցերի խմբի» շրջանակում ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ երիտասարդ պատվիրակների ոչ ֆորմալ հանդիպմանը մասնակցելու։

Մարտի 20-22-ն էլ ՔՊ-ական Արուսյակ Ջուլհակյանը կմեկնի Փարիզ՝ ԵԽԽՎ Միգրացիայի, փախստականների եւ տեղահանված անձանց հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նիստի աշխատանքներին մասնակցելու։ Մեկ ամիս առաջ էլ նույն Ջուլհակյանը՝ Ծովինար Վարդանյանի, Արման Եղոյանի եւ Սոնա Ղազարյանի հետ Լյուքսեմբուրգում էր։ Ընդհանուր արտաքին եւ անվտանգային քաղաքականության եւ պաշտպանության միջխորհրդարանական կոնֆերանսին մասնակցելու համար փետրվարի 23-26-ը Փարիզ էր գործուղվել Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանը։

ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանն էլ մեկնելու է Ինդոնեզիա՝ խորհրդարանների նախագահների հերթական հավաքին։ Եվ այսպես՝ գրեթե ամեն շաբաթ պատգամավորները բյուջեի հաշվին գործուղվում են որեւէ երկիր, չնայած պարզ չէ, թե դա երկրին ինչ է տալիս։

Մեկ շաբաթից ավելի է՝ Արցախում լարված վիճակ է․ ոչ մի պատգամավոր չի մեկնել Արցախ, որ գոնե գործուղման մեկնելիս կարողանա լիարժեք ներկայացնել իրավիճակը։ Իսկ ընդդիմադիրների՝ երկրից դուրս գալու սահմանափակումները դեռ չեն հանվել․ ԱԺ-ն մարտի 16-18-ը Արմեն Գեւորգյանին գործուղել էր Ստրասբուրգ, սակայն դատարանն օրերս կրկին արգելեց դուրս գալը։
