Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարը հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանին հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանն ուղղված 5 կետանոց առաջարկ է ուղղվել։
Դրանցից մեկը վերաբերվում է սահմանների դելիմիտացիա/դեմարկացիայի գործընթացին, իսկ մյուս կետերի վերաբերյալ ադրբեջանցի դիվանագետը մանրամասներ չի հաղորդել։
Հայաստանի իշխանությունն այս առաջարկի վերաբերյալ որևէ տեղեկություն չի փոխանցել, չի պարզաբանել, հայ հասարակությանն իր մոտեցումների մասին ոչինչ չի հայտնել։
Եթե Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարի հայտարարությունը՝ ՀՀ-ին փոխանցվող առաջարկի վերաբերյալ, համապատասխանում է իրականությանը, ապա դրա վերաբերյալ ՀՀ իշխանության լռության պահպանումը մեծ թվով հարցեր է առաջացնում։
Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կուլիսների հետևում, Ադրբեջանի ու Հայաստանի միջև կա կամ եղել է գործընթաց, որի ընթացքն իր ազդեցությունն է թողել այս օրերին Արցախում նկատվող իրադարձությունների, մասնավորապես, կտրուկ լարման վրա։
Այս առաջարկների անհապաղ հրապարակումը կարևոր է հենց այն պատճառով, որ շատ բան կբացահայտի ՀՀ և Արցախի շուրջ ստեղծված իրադրության և ադրբեջանական հավակնությունների մասին։
