Ադրբեջանը հինգ կետանոց նախապայման է ներկայացրել Հայաստանին. Այդ թվում ադրբեջանցիների վերադարձ` Հայաստան
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱնթալիայում ընթացող դիվանագիտական համաժողովի շրջանակում, ըստ որոշ աղբյուրների, հավանականություն կա, որ կհանդիպեն ՀՀ արտգործնախարար նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն ու Ադրբեջանի արտգործնարար Ջեյխուն Բայրամովը, իսկ քննարկման թեման, այսպես կոչված, «խաղաղության պայմանագրի» կնքումը պետք է լինի։ Այդ թեմային անդրադարձել է միջազգային փորձագետ, «Օրբելի» կենտրոնի նախկին փորձագետ Անդրանիկ Հովհաննիսյանը։
Փորձագետը նշում է, որ երկկողմ հանդիպման նախաձեռնողը ադրբեջանական կողմն է, որը արդեն իսկ երեկ հայկական կողմին է ներկայացրել «խաղաղության պայմանագրի» կնքան հինգ կետանոց նախապայման։ Դրանք են՝
● Հայաստանի կողմից Ադրբեջան տարածքային ամբողջականության ճանաչումը՝ այդ թվում Արցախի հանդեպ ցանկացած պահանջից հրաժարում
● Հայկական զորքերի դուրս բերում, ՀՀ տարածքից, այսպես կոչված, «անկլավներից», խոսքը Արարատի մարզմի մեկ և Տավուշի մարզի 5 գյուղերի մասին է
●Հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի դեմարկացիա և դելիմիտացիա՝ 1970 թվականի խորհրդային քարտեզի հիման վրա
● Տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցության ապաշրջափակում՝ այդ թվում հատուկ կարգավիճակ տալով, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքին»։
● Ադրբեջանի փախստականների՝ Հայաստան վերադառնալու հնարավորության քննարկում կամ նրանց նյութական վնասի փոխհատուցում։
Երեկ գիշերը ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցներում ևս հայտնվեց Ադրբեջանի հինգ կետանոց նախապայմանի մասին հրապարակում։ Այդ երկրի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ջեյխուն Բայրամովը նշել էր, որ, այսպես կոչված, հարաբերությունների կարգավորման համար Հայաստանին ներկայացվել է հինգ կետանոց նոր առաջարկ և սպասում են պատասխանի։ Բայրամովը, մասնավորապես ասել է․
«Ադրբեջանը վերջերս Հայաստանին ներկայացրել է նոր առաջարկ, որպեսզի ցույց տա իր բարի կամքը։ Մենք Հայաստանին առաջարկել ենք մի շարք հիմնարար սկզբունքներ, որոնք ներառվում են Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի հարաբերությունների կարգավորման հարցում։ Մենք ասել ենք, որ պատրաստ ենք զարգացնել հարաբերությունները մի շարք սկզբունքների հիման վրա։ Հայաստանը պետք է դիտարկի այդ հարցրերը և պատասխանի մեզ»։
