Ո՞րն է VISA և MasterCard քարտերի տարբերությունը
SOCIETYՇատերին է հետաքրքրում, թե ինչպիսի տարբերություններ կան VISA և MasterCard քարտերի միջև։ Տարբերությունները շատ չեն, սակայն մեկ տարբերություն ամեն դեպքում կա։
Քարտերի հետ կապված մի շարք կանոնների մասին Իրավաբան.net-ը տեղեկանում է Abcfinance.am-ից, որը ստեղծվել է ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից։
Հայաստանում լայնորեն շրջանառվում է ինչպես տեղական «ԱրՔա» (ArCa) քարտը, որը կիրառելի է միայն Հայաստանի տարածքում, այնպես էլ միջազգային «ՄաստերՔարտ» (MasterCard), «Վիզա» (Visa), «Ամերիքան Էքսպրեսս» (American Express) քարտերը, որոնք կարող եք օգտագործել արտասահմանում, ինչպես նաև արտասահմանյան կայքերից գնումներ կատարելիս: ՀՀ տարածքում շրջանառվող վերոնշյալ վճարային քարտերը թողարկվում և սպասարկվում են ՀՀ բանկերի կողմից:
Visa վճարային համակարգի համար հիմնական արժույթը ամերիկյան դոլարն է։ Սա նշանակում է որ արտարժույթի փոխարկման հետ կապված գործառնությունները տեղի են ունենում դոլարի միջոցով։ Օրինակ՝ եթե ձեր քարտի վրա ՀՀ դրամով գումար է, և դուք այն ցանկանում եք կանխիկացնել եվրոպական որևէ երկրում, այսինքն՝ կանխիկ եվրո ստանալ, ապա համակարգը ձեր գումարը նախ վերածում է դոլարի նոր միայն եվրոյի։ Այսինքն՝ տեղի է ունենում կրկնակի փոխարկման գործընթաց, որից յուրաքանչյուրի դեպքում քարտատերը որոշ գումար է կորցնում։
MasterCard-ի դեպքում հիմնական արժույթը եվրոն է (թեպետ դա կարող է լինել նաև դոլարը)։
Այդ իսկ պատճառով VISA վճարային քարտերն առավել տարածված են ԱՄՆ-ում, իսկ MasterCard վճարային քարտերը` եվրոպական երկրներում:
Այնուամենայնիվ, այս փաստը ևս որևէ կերպ չի սահմանափակում աշխարհի տարբեր անկյուններում այս կամ այն համակարգի քարտերի օգտագործումը: Երկու համակարգերի քարտերն էլ միջազգային են և առանց սահմանափակման ընդունվում և սպասարկվում են աշխարհի ավելի քան 2 մլն. առևտրի/սպասարկման և կանխիկացման կետերում:
